Brian installed a new spring almost a year ago and he came out again when I requested a "maintenance" check on noises I was hearing. He said it was just the chain drive and everything looked fine, for a 10 year old motor. He lubed everything and covered it under the warranty. Great personnel and service, for sure.

Keith Allen is amazing! I would highly recommend this great employee. My garage door opener was causing problems and Keith came over the next day, called with his arrival time. He checked everything to first determine the problem and gave me three options with their costs and opinions on all of them. I chose the replacement option and a short time later it was installed, programmed, and working like a charm! He showed me how to operate the door on a phone app and I am now a very happy camper!

Precision garage is phenomenal. They are prompt, personable, professional and communicative. I was informed of the scope of work needed on the front end, before anything was repaired. I made the misstep of backing into my garage without it being fully opened! 🙄 everything was repaired like new! I will have to be more careful. 😬

I was skeptical with the suggestions Craig had made about what was causing my garage door opener to fail. But Craig took the time to walk me through explaining both the springs and the motor as well as their individual purposes.

Instead of saying "I know better - believe me" he explained and physically showed me what was wrong with the door. Friendly courteous and knowledgeable - couldn't ask for more from a company or employee.
