It was by chance that we met Justin one day and after talking to him for a bit, we felt he was the perfect person with Rainier Garage Door to help us with our new dealership. We had a fairly complicated issue with an older house garage door opener install. I honestly wasn't sure we were going to be able to find a way to get an opener that would work given all the restrictions. Justin came out super promptly and talked through a couple different potential solutions with us and then continued to muse on it for another day. He came up with a solution that allows the door to open quietly and safely and all within a very timely fashion. Justin was really honest with us and he was on time and very respectful. We will definitely be calling them again when we replace the springs on the other two doors. I couldn't be happier with their work and service. Scheduling was also really simple and Erika was very good about calling and getting us set up quickly.

Justin and the gang were great! My wife called and they came out the same day! By the next afternoon we had all new hardware and new garage door motors, also helped out a neighbor while he was there! Don't even think of calling anyone else.

I'm glad to come across Rainer Garage Door. They saved me over $2000 and avoiding installation of new garage door. I initially reached someone i found online rated well and they guided me change the garage door and was not repairable. I got quotes to get my garage door replaced. Wanted to have a second opinion before I placed my order and luckily found Rainier Garage Door. The technician was deeply knowledgeable and fixed my door in an hour and had all the accessories needed and it costed me only 10% of what I was going to pay. He also helped reduce the noise by a lot. Best of all they came for service same day. They are best and exceptionally reliable.

I recently purchased a new home, and the garage doors had no remotes, they were extremely noisy, and one door wouldn't even close 3 out of 4 times. After putting up with this for 3 months, I called Rainier Garage Door based on good Google reviews, and they came out the very next morning. Amazingly, he had everything on his truck to install two new garage door openers, new springs and fix my doors properly - and did the job right then and there. I wish I had called them the day I moved in.
