Called late last night. They were here first thing this morning. Fixed the spring, & lubricated all the other moving parts. Fast, and efficient. Couldn't be more pleased.

Mr. McLellan was punctual and professional. He explained what was wrong and the repairs that needed to be done.

Rich was prompt and polite. Very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs and totally cleaned the garage floor after he was done. He also gave us visual instructions on the new repairs. I highly recommend him!!!!

We had a broken spring, called Bayside, and had it fixed the same day. Jonah inspected the whole door to ensure there was no other damage, completed the repair quickly, and was on his way. Fast service, courteous tech, great job! Two thumbs up!

This is the first time I had to use a garage door opener company. I was apprehensive about what was going to take place. Jonah my service technician was outstanding. His customer service was beyond superior. I feel they were honest and their price was completely fair. Even took the time to program all my remotes and my car. I would highly recommend this company for a service call or a replacement. Jonah is an excellent representative of your company. Thank you!!
