I ordered a steak hoagie it was horrible. It tasted like burned grill. Like they scrapped whatever had been left on it and put it in my bun it was so terrible I had to throw it away because when I called to get my refund they refused to give me back my money smh. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 And I NEVER waste food ask anyone who knows me.
As owner of Potenza Pizza I thank my customers for good and bad comments u ask why I would thank people who write bad comments because that help us to fixed our mistakes and thank you again hope to see you again
I've ordered from Potenza 4 times. 1st 3 times was the pep pizza and Italian hoagie. Pizza is good but the Italian hoagie was delicious! I ordered this past Saturday a gyro salad for my aunt and for me a popcorn chicken salad. My salad loaded with popcorn breaded chicken. Very tender and moist and topped with delicious mozzarella cheese and French fries. My aunt said her salad was delicious but she didn't get enough gyro meat and a lot of feta cheese.I will definitely order again and looking forward to trying other items on their menu. Great place, great customer service and food.
The delivery is so bad that in order to get your food by dinner time you needs to place your order in the morning (all pun intended).
I Ordered a pizza for delivery. Got a pizza, that was not what i ordered at all and was cold.
Maybe I just like pointing out the good spots and leaving out the so so destinations because I seem to be a 5 star-er. But recognizing extra efforts and unique business attributes seems worthwhile. It matters. Why? Because hospitality is an opportunity to show each other compassion and a chance to get creative. And sometimes sticking to the basics is the best way to go. And from what I can tell, this place has it down. At least when it comes to the gyro. Voted best in Oakland too. Huge part of pittsburgh.
Review is for their gyros. The ingredients are on par but it's tiny. Probably the crappiest gyro in Pittsburgh. They advertise $ 6.99 on the side of building for gyou, fries, and pop. The total always comes out to $8.40? I guess the charge a 20% tax. The fries were the only good thing.
Buffalo chicken fries don't taste like buffalo what so ever, pizza has the texture of rubber.
I didn't quite like it the first time, but I grew to appreciate this pizza the second time I had it. It's unlike other pizzas in the area - not like the local places and not like the national chains.
It's greasier and thicker than other local chains. However, it's greasy enough that I don't want to eat here regularly. It's the kind of pizza that feels good eating the first slice, but starts to feel sickening if you make multiple consecutive meals out of it.
If I could, I would force the people working here to gain a better understanding of proper business ethics and obviously gain a much deeper fluency of English!!!
I ordered a cheese steak hoagie and curly fries from here tonight and low and behold, the order was completely wrong! I specifically requested ketchup on the side, yet they decided to put it on the sandwich. Also I requested mayo on the sandwich, but there wasn't any, guess they substituted ketchup. Plus, the fries were normal French fries, not curly!
After contacting them and trying very painfully to explain due to their terrible ability to speak English and understand it, they informed me they would not correct their mistake saying they were closing. Even though there was still another hour on their business hour schedule!
I'm disgusted and infuriated!!! Screw these scumbags!!!
