Unfortunately, I need to rely on delivery from this pharmacy every month for a medication that is hard to find . Like a previous poster, delivery has been an endless mess month after month. Almost every month I need to make sure either me or my husband takes off of work and is home to receive, and despite paying for "guaranteed morning delivery" or calling in advance to be SURE it will be ready, virtually nothing is guaranteed. For a period of three months they called to say it was ready and they were sending it out and then JUST DIDN'T because why? They hadn't updated my credit card - again. No call to say this was the case, just waited for me NOT to get my medication to explain that once again, my credit card info was outdated (BECAUSE THEY NEVER CHANGED IT THE TWO PREVIOUS TIMES!) Over the holidays, they filled my prescription and, inexplicably, it showed up twelve days later (postmarked the day before I received) despite almost daily calls (except the days they were closed for the holidays) where the assured me it as "in transit." My doctor who needs to refer others to this same pharmacy for this one medication says she receives nothing but complaints about the delivery service (which they alter constantly) and is currently researching where else I can get this medication from as too many people are having too many issues. I suppose it is a good place if you live in Santa Monica and can pick up there. If you rely on delivery - even down the street - do NOT depend on this pharmacy. After two years of calling almost every other month with an issue, I guarantee you will have problems.

If I could give negative stars to this pharmacy I would give them -10

If you want your brand of medication constantly changing on you or you want to be left on a Friday with medication that you're dependent on and not get it until the following Tuesday or Wednesday or you want to be waiting on a delivery that's never going to arrive this is the pharmacy to go to. The best yet was not having my medication delivered because of $2 copayment that they couldn't process on my credit card . They don't call and tell you they can't process it they just don't deliver it. It's also likely that they won't return a message

I have been going to this pharmacy since they first opened about 3 years ago and the owner Payam has always been so great at filling my prescription in a very timely manner at the best possible cost to me. He works with my insurance and also helps me when I have any questions. I work in the medical field, therefore I have experience with many different pharmacies and I will go here every time.
