I went there to fix a very small, old chip in my car's windshield to make it easier to sell. The guy there seemed hesitant, saying that filling an older chip probably wouldn't work, but he would give it a try and charge me a lower rate. What he did not tell me was that doing this would risk spreading the chip and turning it into a bigger crack, which is exactly what happened. Now I'm not sure the car will pass inspection without a whole new windshield.

Two stars only because he was gracious enough not to charge me after enlarging the crack. A responsible person would have provided reasonable warning about the risks. That was not what I got, so tread carefully here.

We were very happy with the timely fashion the glass was replaced in our skylights and the fact they were able to replace only the glass saved us tons of time and money. Thanks for a great job done!

These guys did amazing, I called monday to get a quote. They said they could get me a new windshield overnighted and installed the next day. Unfortunately i didnt know i had a rain sensor, so the wrong windshield was ordered. So they overnighted the right windshield and installed the following day. Both prices were cheaper than quoted. And they picked up my car and delivered it home for no extra charge. The guys were very pleasant to do business with. I will come back. Hopefully not soon, though. :)

I had a great experience at Portland Glass. I live in Brattleboro, so my choices were basically Safelite in Keene, or PG right up my street. Safelite would have been more expensive if I had then come out, if I drove there I'd be stuck waiting for hours bored out of my mind. Plus it's always nice to do business local. PG was awesome, their price was the same as Safelite, and it was much more convenient. Follow up service was excellent. I had a small issue with the wiper adjustment months after the warranty expired, and they went above and beyond to take care of it. They had no obligation, and the wiper adjustment might not have even been their fault, but the manager showed the upmost integrity and took care of it at no charge. Friendly service, OEM looking windshield, and super convenient. Highly recommend

Did an online quote for glass for my 3D print bed. Received a follow up call the next day. The custom cut tempered glass would have been rather high as they have to order out for it, but they had an alternate glass that gets used for oven tops that they had on hand that they were able to cut to shape for me that day that was much cheaper. Well worth it.
