Great place to check Both trailer mobile home area and campsite campground.. one of our friends live there
Nice place right price
Large clean bath house/restrooms. Nice area of town. Accommodating staff.
This place is advertised as family owned but it’s actually owned by a group in CA. The roads are poor. My site filled up with water every time it rained and took hours to drain. I had to buy boots to get in or out. When I complained, I was told that campers provided their own gravel or decks. Many of the people stay for the season April-October. Mon-Thurs it’s quite peaceful but on Friday night it fills up with partiers. It’s quite loud and no rules are enforced. If you just need a place to stay for a night, it’s ok but I left for another campground.
The sand park was aweosm eand the pool has clean water, the game room there is also pretty cool
Very clean, great pool area, children's activities, best bathroom facilities I've ever seen at any campground, and I've been to a lot. Definitely going to be a returning customer.
Meh. Staff is full of jerks. Charge a lot. Definitely some less than PC vibes from these creeps.
We booked the last pull through site available for 1 night. We were arriving late from Niagra Falls and called for our site number. A man greeted us (owner/manager?) after waiting late for us to arrive and showed us where our spot was located. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us out. The place has lots of sites and is packed with campers. so they must be doing something right.
Unfortunately our experience at this campground was horribly unsatisfactory, compounded by an extremely rude and intractable owner. When we arrived at our "winderness" site, we were informed they had given away the promised site, and placed us in a hilly site near the entrance to this area-- right next to an area where ATVs were gunning their engines 16 hours a day (note the ATV area is marked on the opposite end of the campground, but they all congregated near this spot). To top this off, other tent campers were blasting music and running deafening generators at midnight-- the owners never made a round to tell people to quiet down.
The next morning we had had enough, packed our site, and politely explained our dissatisfaction to the owner, asking for a refund for the last two days of the trip. He told us there was "no way" to get our money back, despite our dissatisfaction and the fact that they had given our promised campsite to someone else. More outrageously, the owner said that since we had not treked the nearly half mile to the office in pitch black at midnight to complain about the noise, we weren't entitled to any consideration.
We will never return and shame on the owner for treating his paying customers with such contempt and disrespect.
