Great events and ample parking, but it seems like they make vendors and clients jump through hoops yet offer no support to make events successful.

The Porter County Fair is big, farm animals, dog shows, a lot of food vendors, and a lot of attractions. My family love this Fair.

The fair is a nostalgic event that I had to take my children there for some fair food and to ride a few rides. Not much has changed about it. The food and rides are still really expensive but just the thing to occupy children who are bored at the tail end of summer. The reason for 2 stars, I'm still very ticked off about the way the Toby Keith concert was handled and the requirement to pay general admission after the concert tickets had already been purchased. While I will go to the fair w my children, I will not be returning to the grand stands for some time.

If it is a car show like we went to, there is no where to sit. Barn full of picnic tables and benches and they cannot put ONE out for people to sit at, whether to rest or eat. Promoter wants people to stay and visit the vendors but we cant. We probably would have stayed longer.

The grounds are well-kept and the events that they hold there are usually done wonderfully laid out and without a hitch I love coming to their shows

We visited for a Prepper Expo. The expo was good. The building is rather run down and dirty. I hope the facility didn't charge the expo organizers much.

This place is so well managed for all events. Plenty of room for auctions, Indoor cat, dog, and horse shows/ competitions. The fair, at the expo centre always has had top notch entertainers from around the globe. REO Speedwagon, Big and Rich, and numerous chart toppers from the past and present. One thing not to miss, especially if your a homeowner, is the Home and Garden show. There are also networking events for young professionals.

Great place for Expos like Shipshewana on the road. You just want to get the early for any Expo to avoid the crowds. If not it gets quite warm in there.
