I had a great experience with the team at Walser/ Porsche of Wichita. I worked with Derek Parris and he was extremely patient throughout the process. I was in on multiple occasions and drove, essentially one of everything. When I finally made a decision the process was fairly quick and definitely painless. Kudos also to Josh and the rest of the group. Would work with this group again!

I had a wonderful experience at Porsche Wichita. I am from out of state and I conducted my business via phone with Bruce Alexander who was just amazing and extremely professional and prompt, keeping me updated every step of the way, facilitating all transactions and expediting the services. This made the entire process of buying a car seemless and enjoyable. This dealership is all about customer service and I have to thank also Melody, the branch manager, who along with Bruce, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, giving me peace of mind which is close to priceless and unheard off when it comes to car dealers. I received my car shipped within 72 hours and it was even in a better condition than how it was described! I would recommend without any reservation, Porsche of Wichita and Walser automotive to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car, in particular Bruce Alexander. I am already thinking on my next purchase from them.😉

Neal McCall support was effective and polite while helping us find a Porsche Macan. He was able to provide answers to all our questions. He also managed a respectful and smooth negotiation. We look forward to have him continue to support our interaction with the dealership and future car acquisitions.

My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a new 2016 Porsche Cayenne. We have owned several cars bought from Schofield over the past years and quite frankly had soured on doing business with them due to continued poor experiences with the service department. But in dealing this past week with Neal and Austin we have found a new affection and trust in The Luxury Collection brands!
We dealt primarily with Neal (McCall) and he couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had basically already decided to buy a BMW X5 from another dealer outside of Wichita but we stopped by just drive one. We were honest with Neal about our intentions but he was not bothered by that and was very helpful. We then decided to test drive the Cayenne as well. Because of Neal we decided to go ahead and talk with him about pricing a car.
Austin got involved in the process at this point and his friendliness and attention was equal to what we experienced with Neal. Based on my experience with trying to buy the Audi I was not very optimistic that the price quote was going to be competitive with what I had received outside of Wichita. Well I was more than wrong on this assumption and was surprised to find them more than competitive even to the point that I only asked for another $500 of their initial offer.
Hopefully I will find the service experience to be equally improved in the near future. I am confident that if the Service Dept has people with the attitudes and commitments to the customer like that of Neal and Austin then I am going to be very happy with that part of The Luxury Collection as well!
Thanks Neal and Austin for helping make my wife so happy with her birthday present!!!!
