I just had another service done by David at Popular Garage Door. The garage door opener was not working. Instead of suggesting to replace the opener like some would have done, David suggested trying replacing the capacitor after listening to me decribe what had happened. He saved me at least couple hundred dollars. I recommend David to anyone. He is honest, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and lower cost. This is my second time being serviced for my garage need by David and second time giving him 5 stars.

I called for a quote on replacing my garage door. David responded almost immediately and came to my house to give me an estimate the next day. He took a look at my garage door and recommended that I keep my existing door and just do a little maintenance. He took the time to show me how to lubricate the springs every 6 months and also fixed the wood paneling on the outside of the door at no charge. David was very pleasant and helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. It's really refreshing to meet a contractor who will give you an honest opinion even if it means he loses out on the potential income. I know I will call David again if I need work done on my garage door.

It was a Saturday evening when I was ready to go out for dinner and found my garage door wouldn't open. After couple tries, I then found the torsion spring on my garage door was broken. Looked up Google and tried to call couple of places for garage repair. I Popular Garage Door. Jacob was very nice and professional over the phone, answering all my questions and giving a very competitive price. I was hoping to get my garage door next morning as early as possible so I could go to church in time. Jacob showed up at my place at 8:30am next morning and got my garage fixed in 20 minutes. He is awesome! Fast and great job done! I will definitely refer Jacob to my friends who have needs.

I did not think it was possible for a garage door to be so quiet, attractive, and functional. The opaque windows on the garage door do not sacrifice privacy but they offer way lighter during the daytime than any overhead garage light - saving electricity. David delivered on every promise and did a beautiful job. We had to wait a few weeks to get our door - no surprise, since everyone is backed up due to COVID - but we got it a little early than he had promised. We can't get over how smoothly and quietly the door is - we've had homes with electric garage doors for decades and nothing comes close to this one. David was very quick to respond to calls and very punctual. Finally, the color match of the door to our stucco was perfect.

I was extremely pleased with this service. One of the springs on the garage door at my place broke, so I called Popular Garage Door. David was accommodating with scheduling (and he arrived on time which is always a huge plus). I appreciated how quick and efficient he was when making recommendations and replacing the springs. I doubt their pricing and quality of service can be beat. I highly recommend calling Popular Garage Door for any garage repairs!
