A well known "agritourism" destination, Poppell Farms offers rides, games, food, animal feeding, etc. It's mainly for the kids but seeing them enjoying themselves will make the adults happy. It's kind of expensive to enter, the prices varying depending on what "attractions" you plan to go on, but once inside, there's plenty to keep you busy. Be ready to spend much more however, if you're hungry/thirsty or want a souvenir.

Great farm fun activities for the kids. They loved everything available here and we would go back again definitely. Met Mrs. Poppell in the process of looking for our little one that took off, very friendly staff, everyone really seemed to love working there.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Trail of terror had my 10 yo boo hooing! Corn Maze was awesome, so was the petting zoo and bouncy tube. Only drawback was the tractor stopped giving hayrides at 4:30. You cant get down to the pumpkin patch after that

Poppell Farms has become a tradition in our family. We look forward to October each year! We love the pumpkin patch and the hay ride! My kids love to pick out their own pumpkin to bring home. There is so much family friendly fun that your kids are sure to have a blast!

Poppell Farms hosted The Great Pumpkin Patch themed event for Halloween. It was great fun. There were lots of games and obstacles for kids of all ages. The local PD and FD came out with the fire truck and an armored truck for the kids to check out. In a pasture of corn, they laid some of the stalks down to create a maze. The amped up that event by adding bingo to it. We walked the maze looking for signs with a bunch of letter number combos for the game. The prize was a trip for four to a resort island. The price to participate was real reasonable for adults and older children. Kids under 3 were free admission. They also do a hay ride pulled by farm tractors. The ride ends in a large field with pumpkins of various sizes all over. Everyone who rode out was allowed one pumpkin. I highly recommend this if you have children.

This place is terrible. To begin with, it is vastly overpriced. $30 for two adults, then they still want to overcharge for frozen food being served by rather unintelligent people? No way. The corn maze was so boring. First off, there isn't even any corn on the stalks, so is it really a corn maze? On top of that, my fiance who is 5'4" could easily see over most of the stalks, so it wasn't very fun. Also, the entrance is the exit too. Seriously a boring corn maze after being ripped off just to get in and get food. The majority of the activities are for children only, and the "petting farm" is nothing but a bunch of animals that look like they're malnourished and borderline abused. It made me feel sick seeing some of the mini horses. This place gives off a very bad vibe. Please do not give these people your money. Your kids will probably have fun, but I promise you won't.
