We just finished our pool and we are very happy with it. The process was smooth and on time, they even finished a little earlier than expected. We have a beautiful pool to enjoy!

If I had a choice of giving a -5 review I would defiantly do it. This would be the absolute worst place to buy a pool from if you are in a market of installing a pool, I highly recommend you to not even give them a shot. DO NOT TRUST A WORD that comes out of their mouth because it's not true. If I could recall this process that I got engaged in 6 months ago, I would go back and never look back again.

Horrible experience. I had them install a new liner and they didn't measure for the safety ledge around the deep end. They told me it would eventually stretch out. I asked what if it gets a hole in it between now and then and he basically told me it's not there problem. After calling the manager several times, they finally came out and looked at the liner and replaced it the next season. Never again!!!!!

Absolute sham of a company. I would also write a -5 star review if I could. First, upon my pool opening, they did not install the pool ladders and rails like it says in their contract. Also, after they left, I found that my heater wasn't working at all. This was due to the fact that the filters that they put back in were completely trash. They did install a new chlorinator during the opening because mine was leaking. I had to replace the filters and housing in order to get enough water flow to properly operate my heater. No mention of any defects at all by this company during their "inspection." In the meantime, my pool had no chlorine because the chlorinator that they installed, never worked. I called their service department, they told me to back wash my new filter. I did, no solution. I then called the manager and told him about all my problems. His response was to give me the number of the weekend "on-call" tech. I called that guy and left a message, and never got a call back. It seems they are doing whatever they can to not come fix my pool. STAY AWAY

Pools of Fun is a total rip-off. They installed my pool 10 years ago and now say the liner needs to be replaced for $5000, even though the liner had a 20 years warranty, which is invalid because I'm not the original owner. After the inspection I noticed they had left the heater on, left a water jet cover off and now I have a leak in the impeller housing drain plug that wasn't there before. What a joke for a service company. Needless to say they won't be getting any of my business.

If I could write a -4 star review I would. Pools of fun is in the business of jacking you up for it's overpriced items then they leave you hanging for weeks on end with the job unfinished and a giant, gaping, dangerous hole in your yard. Then, when you try to have their shoddy work repaired under a warranty they look for loopholes to get out of repairing or correcting the problem. Not to mention the boozing unprofessional installers they send once you've signed a several thousand dollar contract. My advice would be to look elsewhere for your pool needs. Even a billionaire would feel cheated by this company.
