Great customer service, free water test. Was told to use certain chemicals and followed there procedure and my pool water went from cloudy to Crystal clear in less then 2 days. Thanks Zach

More than 10 years ago we bought a house with a pool. They have been helping us take care of it all this time. They are perfectionist when it comes to water testing. Unfortunately for us a few years ago they had to replace a liner that was leaking. They did a great job. They saved our water, added stairs to our pool and were done quickly. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. P.S. The owners are always a hoot to talk to.

The customer service is severely lacking when it comes to issues with equipment. You get placed on a list with little (to none in our experience) follow-up. We aren't updated on our spot on the list to adequately prepare nor are we given advice on best practices to follow until a technician can come evaluate the system. It's like operating in the dark. And when the pump fails and you have no idea when someone will show up, it's hard to plan for proper repairs. All of this happened after the company had been out and evaluated the equipment previously.

This place has everything you need for any in ground or above ground pools. Also, chemicals and supplies for hot tubs. The prices are fair for the most part, however some things can be found online for cheaper. That's offset hugely by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'd much rather pay a little more knowing that I'm getting a quality product suggested by an expert.

They are great when you go in for something, but getting service on my filter is not so hot. Called almost six weeks ago and they still have not made it out here. Can't even give me an estimate on when they will get here. Called a week ago to tell me I was on the short list. No not sure if they will make it before I close for the season

Pool Productions installed our new bullfrog spa last weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday and did an amazing job. We contacted them a month before we closed on our new house and they ordered our spa so it was available on the closing date. They went out of their way to get us hooked up with a local electrician that they had confidence in and the install was perfect. We took our water sample in and Paul was able to tell us exactly how to make the water conditions perfect. He instructed me on water maintainence as well. I had a concern late Wednesday evening and Andrew came right over and took care of everything. I couldn't believe he came out on a holiday weekend to provide that kind service. The whole experience. from Jeane making sure we had the chance to come in a try out the spa, to Paul making sure we had the know how to take care of it, to Andrew and his team for the unbelievable service and the flawless install . it was OUTSTANDING !! I am so pleased and I HIGHLY recommend the team at Pool Productions for anything you may need. They made this easy and enjoyable ! They are terrific..Thank you Andrew, Paul and Jeane !
