Everything about this place is ideal for an antiquer to find treasures. From the basement, which eerily smells of an old garage with a hint of century plus old table linens, to the back room, laden with antique marbles, tin toys, records, and Depression glass.

Walk upstairs into multiple rooms with furniture, period clothing, clocks, trading cards, all the while being watched. No, not from the cameras omni-present, but from the ghost upstairs. When the hair on your arms stands erectshe's telling you you're close to a great treasure find.

Bring a fist full of dollars, an afternoon for discovery, and an adventurous spirit.

I'm lucky enough to live fairly close to this place, so it's my most frequent antiquing haunt. Over the past few years, the number of actual antique dealers renting space there has dwindled, and there are more craft dealers, especially on the 2nd floor. That's just not my thing. But when I find something there (almost every visit), it's usually a nice price, and I feel good about telling my hubby what I bought and how much I paid for it. That's a mark of a good buy! ;-)

Very nice store with a good variety of antiques. No A/C in the back rooms or the back upstairs. Prepare for sweatingLOL
Even with it being a cooker inside, it is a well deserved stop.
