Pulled up to speaker just to hear some one greet me in spanish wich did not bother me but when i spoke back in english there was no response 5minutes after me asking if anyone is there i drove around went in side and was treated the same. Very poor service and and very rude had to go to another location to get my order in and ask for corporate number to make complaint. Was refused service at belt line store, had to go to shadygrove just to speak with someone who spoke English (such trash) shadygrove store is awesome and should send someone to get beltline in better standings.

The food was good but the girl on the register was so disrespectful that I almost just cancelled my order and walked out but i didn't do that due to the fact I was really hungry. The cashier made fun of me and laugh at my face only because I wanted just a chicken quesadilla as if an African- American hasn't step into a Mexican restaurant and ordered food before. Management please take of this matter.

Very good food, actual food. It's a grilled chicken and beef. The burgers are way better than anything you can get in burger island. There are some problems with the place, but not the food. If you want to eat inside, there's only 3-4 tables.

Food is always great, but the service needs improvement. The girl in the drive thru is beyond rude. I only asked for a salad with no guacamole and she refused to take my order said that all the salads were pre-made in the morning. I see a lot of problems with that. Not only is it unsanitary but her attitude was horrible. I am never coming back to this location. I can see why I'm not the only one complaining about the service

Service was terrible. I ask the guy who took my order for plates for chips like 3 times and he ignored me and didn't get the plates. Also the chicken was dry and burnt. It's my last time going to that place. Luckily there's a new pollo loco around. And the service there is great!

Tired of cheese burgers? Take out of your mind that this is a place only for Hispanic people. Dare to step inside and realize that they do not mark you for ethnicity. Order and get ready for an amazing grilled flavor. YES, FLAVOR!!!!
Do not expect luxury at the facility, just focus on the great taste of this chicken. OMG, you have to try it!!!! You will want to come back, for sure!!!
