  Wife and kids went here. Had to get the hostess attention to get a seat. Then asked for a highchair, and the hostess never brought it. Ordered her food and drinks, waited 35 minutes and didnt even receive a drink. Horrible service for just opening.

  This place was the worst..upon entering the restaurant an employee was brushing & braiding her hair(1st sign 2 turn around & exit)..the lil boy waiter had the patients of a flea. The food was off the charts gross & if it had been my 1st experience with pho 🍜 i would have never tried againThank God for pho spice in Mechanicsburg..Stay away from pho pasteur!!!!

  They used to be open 24 hours a day.and that was great for me personally due to my hours. Then they changed it to be closed at 11pm.but the sign still said 24 hours.so that kind of sucked because I went there at 2am..very unfortunate for me. .
  
  Tonight I got there at 10:25pm and was very rudely told that they close at 10:45pm and "could you eat fast enough to leave by 10:45??". Seriously?
  
  In the past two years they went from friendly and from at least what I could tell.run by a middle-aged and very, very friendly married couple. .now it appears to be run by a few rude, entitled jackass 20'somethings that want you to leave as soon as possible so they can run around like lunatics in the parking lot in their low-rider cars and hit the strip in Harrisburg.
  
  Rest assured, customer service is the most remote thought on their minds.

  I've always enjoyed dining here. The pho is fantastic. The also have korean pork chops that the wife loves. Explore their menu; you'll be glad you did.

  I had the Shrimp and fried rice and the portion was pretty big. it looked like it was going to have a bland flavor but it was great. Really nice staff as well

  Listen I used to eat here 4 times a week. either takeout PHO or eat in PHO. But I really hate how they treat me. Every time they are rude, mean and dont care. My last visit I was told my the teenage son to go eat somewhere else from not on. I never did anything to these people sometimes I have questions and they act like they dont understand me. then they change prices on me all the time. Just last week I ordered Plain Pho to go the menu list it as 3.00 but then they tell me its 5.00 to go, mind you I get plain pho to go for the last 2 months for 3.00. then i go home and they only gave me half the broth no basil no lime only bean sprouts and onions,, no sauce. I went 2 days later and got more pho and i asked the manager why he doesn't like me he sucked his teeth and walked away and started talking about me to other employees then the teenage son came and said he doesn't like how they treat me. long story short i have been getting pho from them since July but every time they are so rude. I think they are prejudice because i am afro american female and i don't see them treat other customer bad. when I question ingredients they yell at me and cant even explain the product. i refuse to purchase pho from them again

  Okay food, terrible service. Very suspicious atmosphere. Staff on their phones a majority of the time, yet they expect tips. Staff also treats American guests as if they are low class and uneducated.

  Good options. Broth hearty and delicious. Large portion is really large so great value for your money. Place is in a nondescript Asia mall so it may lack outside aesthetic but has very cozy atmosphere inside. The owner is very friendly. Food comes out fast. Clean. Would most definitely come again.
