A word or two about customer service – a good cop/bad cop kind of story. One of the ladies Forget about hearing your hello and goodbye back. And unless your skin is thick enough, try to keep your questions to yourself ;) The other lady was quite nice, though.

Using this office for years as closest to me- I live in Lake Forest
If Tricia doesn't like the sound of the voice of the lady with short hair , she should go to different office.
I love it and always had good service fast and professional .
Tricia loves to write reviews as I noticed and they are negative. Look at her review about restaurant on Rush in Chicago. She must to be very unhappy person😩

The two women who work here are so rude. They give attitude to customers and require customers to lift heavy packages themselves and then start yelling that it's not their responsibility to lift them because they just had a bypass surgery or have back problems. Polamer should take action and hire some young and capable men and women who will fulfill ALL of the requirements of working at a location. Today they started kicking boxes after a 70 year old women said that she couldn't help lift it because she has health problems. The woman with short hair started saying that she's not going to lift it and kicked the box. If I didn't go and help the older customer would have had to lift the box herself that weighed probably more than she did. Last time I checked I don't work there.
Every single time I go there to send money to my grandma we use an account my dad created. Every time the same woman with short hair gives us an attitude for providing my fathers name when we do this every two weeks. The level of disrespect and disregard these employees have for customers is obscene.
As a customer I would like to go to this location and have pleasant and smiling people working there who are happy to help instead of belittling customers and making people feel bad and forcing them to do the job they get paid to do.

The worst Polamer office I have ever been!
Costumer service is far away from what I experienced in other locations and forget about hello, bye and smile ! Worse You won't smile for the rest of the day I definitely never come back there !
