I'm hoping someone local to the office can answer my question. Do they allow people to stop by for a quick visit? I have a little girl who absolutely loves Dr. Pol and wants to meet him. I thought it would be a nice birthday trip for her this summer but we live in East Tn. I wouldn't want to drive up there unless I was absolutely certain we could stop in. TIA.

Amazing doctor and staff, we were told to put our dog to sleep after we rescued her with a healed broken leg. Instead we tried Dr. Pol's remedies and she is doing amazing. She needs arthritis med's but she runs and plays like any other dog. Thank you so much Keep up the great work. Keep up with the shows.

I couldn’t be happier with the service my pets receive at Pol Veterinary Services. Dr. Brenda always treats my animals with care and compassion. Also, their prices are the best in our area!

Just knowing that a staff like Pol Veterinary Services is part of the population of the USA/world is reassuring. They are a kind, gentle, caring influence on adults and children alike. I find it on YouTube but I'd love to see it on regular tv.

Because I refused to be filmed for the show the animals received very poor/non existent care. Dr.Pol came several times, one time only stayed less than 5 minutes looking at the animal and the animal ended up dying when more could have been done. Dr.Brenda is a good vet, but I will not use this office anymore due to the fact that I was talked about over the cb radio(whatever you call it) and gossiped about throughout the office. It is a shame that this place went so downhill and that so many people are snowed by the tv show to see what is wrong with this place. The incident above is not the only reason I will not use his office. Many wrong diagnoses because of lack of proper exams. The other good thing about them was that they took payments, but they probably don't anymore.

This place is one of the biggest jokes for a vet. We had an apt at 4:10 and specifically had let them know we have another meeting at 5 and was told that would be okay. We not only wasted our whole day for this apt we where then told they where backed up and this was normal. The lady at the front desk is not friendly at all. I understand stuff changes but if you book the apt and they tell you the times will be fine they need to at least make that happen. We have lives also. I had this apt booked 2 weeks ago and they over booked. Don't waste your time with this vet!!!!

I took my goldfish to Dr. Pol because he would just float in the tank. They diagnosed him with asthma. Plus he needed some swim lessons. DR. Pol for gave him some medicine. Told me I had to get him out of the fish bowl and put him in a regular tank with oxygen.

6 weeks later after swim lessons and a oxygenated tank he made a big change. He is doing so good now. Thanks for Dr. Pol and his team. Highly recommended.

Dr. Pol is a great vet to my cat. always knows exactly whats wrong and how to help her. Shes an exotic breed and he is so knowledgeable about her. I couldn't be more grateful for him. They always get you in right when you need to be seen no hesitation and office staff is very pleasant.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr Pol s office over the past 20 years . I always enjoy and respect the hard work the staff is doing at dr pols. I love the simple and caring behavior the vet are with pets. I appreciate the fact the vets don't try to talk you into unnecessary services or products ever!

I am 73 years old and live in Dyersburg, Tenn. I just wanted Dr. Pol to know that I watch all of his programs and that he seems to be a fantastic Vet. It is hoped that you will continue on to film for Nat Geo Wild as each and everyone of your programs are interesting and GREAT. You have a wonderful family and staff. That Charles is a mess. This is just to let you know how much we love your shows.

I watch the show when i can i learn a lot. I have four pets at home they are fixed. The show is funny while learning about animals. I cry when i see animal's have to go but i know that is life we all are born we live then we pass to make room for the new. But at times when i see animals being sold cause there's something is wrong with it to people that don't know what they are doing or have a soft heart for them. But at the end they cry over the passing some times life teaches people a lesson when you don't do your home work before buying a animal. I seen what was put up on the clinic roof great idea if i could id give this show ten stars.
