AC unit went out in the garage. Plumb Smart had the best price and great reviews so I went with them. They installed the unit the next day and Mike and his helper did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions and gave me a tutorial on the thermostat when he was all done. Cleaned up too.

We have used PlumbSmart for the last 3 years for our plumbing and AC issues. Every time I call, meet someone or ask them to work odd hours to work around my schedule they are happily there. Today my whole AC system was replaced by Mike and Sean they were polite, kind, courteous, meticulous and definitely knew what they were doing. A few days ago I had a leaky shutoff valve under my kitchen sink, I called in the morning and they sent someone out same day which was a huge plus because of the urgency of my situation. Both techs that came were very curtios, respectful and professional, their work was A+ and we will definitely call them again if we ever need any additional plumbing work in the future.

I needed to replace my old electric hot water heater. Matthew came out and discussed we discussed my needs, he gave me a recommendation and quote. He was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I decided to make the purchase and called the Co.regarding the estimate. They promptly transferred me to their installation department to schedule. They were very courteous and scheduled my installation at the earliest time available. When it came time for it to be installed there was a problem that the Model I purchased is no longer being made. They called me and explained my options and I agreed with their recommendation and they immediately sent Mike out to install it. I was not home but my husband said our installer Mike was prompt, courteous, efficient and worked hard to complete the job.
