We where very disappointed when we arrived to the store, one they had a very small selection of gear, and the second reason that made it worse was that when we entered the employees just stood there staring at us and didt offer us any help whatsoever.

Lousy. I had an oil change done, went out and rode the bike about 4 times (4ish miles per ride) and my bike started running funny. I checked the oil, low and behold, they had never changed it, it was jet black. They dinged me $300 for something they didn't do. The best part, I confronted them about it, and the guy was clearly uncomfortable I was talking to and squirrelly, then they said they could schedule me for a diagnosis ($120). They just want your money, complete waste of time and money at this facility. I will never go back to plaza power sports and recommend that anyone and everyone go elsewhere for services.

Getting to know these guys pretty well, make trips several times a week. I am slowly starting to work on my machines by myself but always need advice and these guys can help you out.

Awful service. Awful communication. Will never be using this facility again. Took machines in for early season service had a 4 week + lead time. After trying to contact them thru the process and calling them it still took WAY too long. They attributed it to being un able to correctly take down our phone number.
