Very kind staff and amazing selection of athletic equipment. I have shopped at this location several times and each time was a pleasant experience. The statf even provided athletic equipment at a decent rate for youth in our community. I myself have been involved and played sports for 35 years and appreciate this location for supporting our community! You can’t beat the prices on their equipment!

Best deals on used equipment in town except when it comes to gym boxes which one can be built for about 40 bux and a used one is over 100.

Fun and casual place with very friendly staff. They carry a wide variety of sports equipment at a pretty good price. I would highly recommend them for basic sports stuff.

I felt hustled by the deal I got on my bike I bought. I was told that the bike was seven years newer than I learned it actually is. Also, the handle bars had been replaced with parts deemed unsafe by two bike shops I went to afterward. Be very cautious if you’re considering buying a bike here.

Very cluttered store. Manager butted into my checkout with a confusing, sarcastic remark to me. I will shop elsewhere for fitness supplies in the future.

I am the owner Maggie mountain fitness a local gym in Maggie Valley North Carolina. We recently ordered brand-new treadmills that were Delivered and assembled. They are working perfectly and we couldn't ask for better service! I highly recommend this business to anyone needing new or used sport equipment everything we've ever purchased there has worked perfectly!

Charles helped us from the moment we walked in the door at Play It Again Sports until our equipment was set up and ready to use! And has assured us he will be there for us if any needs arise. My daughter and I dropped in just to check out the kayaks. They had just gotten one in that wasn't out on the showroom floor yet. We went in the back, they pulled the kayak down so my daughter could try it out. They were so helpful explaining they can accept payments. I went back the next day on Christmas Eve to make a down payment, and they offered me a great deal for Christmas. Instead of putting money down on it that day, I left with it and was able to give it to my daughter for Christmas. I had not planned on taking it home that day, but they made it possible. They even measured the kayak and loaded up in my car for me. These people were really nice and so easy to work with. Definitely will be going back if I need anything else!

I had a EXTREMELY SPECTACULAR experience with Play It Again Sports in Asheville. The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the equipment. Quality equipment at a Very Fair and Reasonable price too! Management was equally proficient and professional. I will definitely purchase there again. I highly recommend shopping at Play It Again Sports before purchasing any equipment anywhere. They have new and used machines and equipment with deep discounts. I want to give them 6 Stars!!
