the sales people on the floor they seem to just watch you shop and not help you I had the hardest time finding what I wanted and nobody asks to help me or anything I thought that was sort of strange people just hanging around watching you they were so uninvolved with what was going on in the store that I didn't even know they work there

I was super excited to see if i could get some good boots for work, they say they close at 8. Right when i get there they had closed and they locked the door infront of my face. Any other great customer service would have loved to stay opened to customer.

Like everyone in this been going to this store for years, it is what it is. Not saying it's a bad thing, but if you want warm fuzzies and rainbows you may need to go somewhere else. ;) (I get my warm fuzzies from the smell of leather and new denim when you walk thru the door, not from people faking a smile & kissing my butt cause I might spend a dollar) The basement is where the magic happens! If you need shoeing or leather supplies, which they have expanded what they carry so check out out. He also had a couple leather sewing machines for sale last time I was in. Been going here for the last 15 years.

The staff is very rude, as if you're bothering them asking them questions. My first trip in for myself and being ignored and treated as if I was annoying I walked out without spending a cent. I go back to get a gift card once a year for a friend that shops there simply because they have specific things that she needs. And every year it is the same story walk in get a irritated look for asking for a gift and then rang up while the face of annoyance stares back at me. No thank you, come again, or have a nice day. Will never give them a cent of my money for myself. I mean c'mon even McDonald's says thank you.

I bought a saddle over the phone from Jacksons western store. Nathan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store. My new saddle arrived super fast and well packaged. Thanks!

I placed an order April 17. Today is June 12 and I have yet to hear anything from customer service. I sent customer support an email in May 25 and also no reply. The disclaimer does say it may take 4+ weeks, what I don't understand is why if it's going onto two months I can't even get a simple email reply with the status of my order? Very disappointed.
Edit: i was able to get a hold of customer service, the gentleman who answered was very helpful and professional. He explained to me the issues that were going on at Stetson and the reason why my order was so late. He also refunded my shipping.response / report this review -

When they say it could take 4 weeks, they mean 4 weeks. I wouldn't order anything you expect before then. I originally gave a one star but have edited it since. I did so because they check this which I appreciate. They might take a few days to get to your email, but they reply quickly on here. They said that they were responding to this post but never did. I sent them another email and they replied to that one. It has been over three weeks, but they are getting the product sent directly to me now. It has been a ride, but they are doing what they can to make up for it.

Definitely not the most friendly people in the world. I wouldn't send people here unless I just had to. The only reason why I shop here is from time to time I need to pick up something from downstairs in the leather shop otherwise I wouldn't bother. The only reason why I'm giving them to stars is because of the leather shop

Jackson's is a nice place to shop. But the workers are RUDE and ON ONE ANSWERS the phone. Tried to buy a belt for my husband at Christmas and was not given full staff attention.

Came over from Tennessee , to buy mule shoes . It's about an hour drive , but enjoy looking around the store . The guys downstairs are awesome , and always cheerful and helpful . As always, ended up looking at boots . The two gals in the boots and saddles were very friendly and helpful . I like to cut up , and they went right with it . However , at checkout , the guy running the register , and another " gentleman " were so rude , I really almost decided not to buy anything . As I say , I cut up about a discount and they act as if I'm stealing from them . If I'm spending a couple hundred dollars in your store , I don't like to leave unhappy . As we were about to leave I strongly considered going back in for a refund . There was also a bumper pull trailer in the parking lot for sale , that is just what we are looking for . However , after our experience with the two gentleman , I told my wife I would not go back in to inquire about it . The guys at the register needs to shadow the rest of the team , and try to pick up a little personality ..

Love Jackson's! My family has always shopped with Jackson's for generations & now the youngest generation is shopping here. All the employees have always been so nice to us. Always making you feel welcomes as you walk through the door! Great costumer service! Always willing to help you find what ever you need! They also have a leather shop down stairs. Them boys can pretty much make you any thing you want. Great quality! Great costumer service down stair as well. Can't say enough good things about Jackson's!
