24 hour shopping at Kohl's?? Seems a little desperate and greedy, but I suppose if you have employees willing to work those ridiculous hours. Couldn't find a thing here that wouldn't be available online so it was really a wasted trip for me this year. Long lines to check out, long lines to get out of the parking lot, and long lines at every red light. Go at your own risk!

Everything was fine until check out. There two cashiers and a long line of customers, seemed like it took forever to pay and get out the door. I was considering if my purchase was worth the wait. It was poor management, not cashiers fault. Cashiers were pleasant and working well in the situation.

I work at a Kohls in Minnesota, decided to check this one out on my vacation. The store was very put together and everything was nicely spaced out and clean. Very easy to find things. All the employees I walked by said hello and asked how I was doing. Very friendly people, excellent service.

Kohl's is a great place for shoppers. They have a decent wide range of inventory and you earn cash for shopping which keeps you constantly coming back!

Prices too high. Too many clothes on racks. What has happened to Kohls?? I use love shop there. Kohl cash is a joke. Promise one thing and then when you are ready to pay you find out it doesn't apply on certain items.

Clean Kohl's with nice employees. I just don't shop here much due to prices being 3-5times higher as other retailers for the same products/brands/quality. You can catch a good sale e ray now anx then. I just don't happen to be a "Kohl's is my #1 shop spot" consumer. If I was, and had an endless bank account, this Kohl's would get a 5

I had to give at least one star to post a review. But no stars are deserved. I was just informed by my friend, that she and her sister visited Kohl's about a month ago. They were there to both shop and inquire as to whether or not Kohl's was hiring. My friend walked in and passed by a full length mirror. As she did, she realized that she had two different earrings on, not matching, and simply took them off and handed them to her sister to put in her purse. Not long after that, the "Loss Prevention Officer" approached them along with a police officer that he had called to the store, and they both proceeded to harass my friend and her sister, accusing them of stealing! They went so far as to say they had them on camera stealing, and threatened them with jail! My friend completely dumped everything in her purse, her sister wasn't carrying a purse or bag or anything, and asked to see the video. When the video was played, it clearly showed them walking into the store, her removing earrings from her ears and handing them to her sister to put in the purse (her sister was holding the purse at the time), BEFORE they even started shopping. With the viewing of the video, the police officer then realized that a terrible mistake had been made. My friend informed the Police Officer and the "Loss Prevention Officer" that she was leaving. The Police Officer was kind enough to meet her and her sister outside and apologize to them for the misunderstanding. (Kudos to APD for having a decent officer!) There was, however, NO apology from the "Loss Prevention Officer", or the manager/manager on duty that day! Kohl's should be ashamed of this reckless behavior, and the "Loss Prevention Officer" should be reprimanded if not released! It is completely unacceptable for anyone to be treated as my friend and her sister were, for absolutely NO reason at all!! There should be an apology and compensation to my friend and her sister, as well as an apology to the public. This should be accompanied with the measures that were taken to remedy this from continuing to happen and reassurances to the public that Kohl's will not tolerate nor continue to allow this kind of behavior from any of their associates or affiliates. I would have included the specific names of both the "Loss Prevention Officer" and the Police Officer, but my friend no longer remembered any names. Kohl's knows!

Very unprofessional Justine the beauty sales help harassed me for trying samples and accused me of stealing, her attitude was extremely unprofessional for somebody that knew i was in distress for my car getting stolen and patiently waiting for the cops.Im passionate about cosmetics and very fluent. i love to try out the trends before i make a purchase no need to get an attitude and ask me if i will buy anything and whats inside my bad.made me uncomfortable and i will Never go back and yes i did give her the bag to check. Not a thief just a costumer who was in distress trying to relieve some stress.

STOP✋! Just save yourself a trip, they won't have your size anyway. They'll say " oh, have you tried our kiosk in the back of the store?" Their so fake and chippy cheerie, like you don't have a computer at home. You just want to shout! " IF I WANTED SOME SHOES ONLINE, I WOULDN'T BE IN THE STORE NOW! Since everything is online, I guess they feel they don't need to stick the store shelves.
