  Good prices when you really don't need to pay for new items. Their selections on older equipment is pretty good.

  We went yesterday right before they closed, to buy soccer shoes for my 6 year old nephew and the guy who helped us (believe his name is nick) was so helpful and friendly. Not just to us but to everyone who he was helping. Such a friendly and patient person, he was taking his time with each customer and kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. Definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work. And Also every other staff member working during that time was super nice. Thank you guys!!!

  Great customer service! Did not see a lot of football equipment on my visit. Prices are pretty low on most things. Would recommend if looking for some deals.

  Do not go to the store!!!rob who is the manager is an absolutely rude. I bought 2 golf clubs at the Saint Charles store and tried to exchange them for a gift card and he told me without any smile that I couldn't do it then he referred to some coupons Burger King to make his point. He told me that I needed to go back-to Saint Charles and tell them to change the way they do receipts . Nowhere on the receipt where I purchased the equipment did I say that I must return the equipment to that specific store. Buyer beware.

  I've been to this location 2x and both times associates were very helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. Also the items and services are priced very competitively. Excellent experience! Highly recommended!

  I drive an extra 15 miles to go to this particular Play it Again Sports. Much bigger than other stores in the area have better prices on both the buying and selling side, and they're always very helpful. Tip: be sure to check for a Groupon offer before going.

  This place has some incredible stuff for low prices, some are used, others are new, offers discounts for first time clients, staff are so friendly. Loved it
