Great store, very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly too. Prices are very reasonable and you can score some really nice finds, almost most of their shoes and sportswear looks brand new!
Employees are super nice but there is so much clothing on all the racks that it is nearly impossible to find what you’re looking for. I feel like there’s so many options but I️ can never see what’s on the racks.
The prices have gone up. However, it’s always difficult to find larger women’s sizes. I rarely shop here because of the size selection.
Name brand clothes Dirt cheap! Very clean too! The ladies that work there are very nice
Make sure you call a head before visiting this location if you want to sell your clothing. I went to this store last night at 7 pm TWO HOURS before they closed and they refused to take my clothes.
I was told because they were so busy earlier in the day they stopped taking any more clothes for the night since they had to sort them, but that they will start accepting clothing again the following morning at 10 amThe only time I can get to their store is about 6:30 pm or later and I cannot work around when they decide to stop or start taking clothing.
I think they should put something on their website that says you should call before you go to ensure they are still accepting clothing. Also, the employee talked down to me like I was a 5 year old which made me even madder. I will be asking for the manager the next time I visit this location and will make sure I call ahead!
This rating is for the current person in charge and not a direct reflection of the company unless they're putting on so much pressure on management that it's making them try abrasive techniques. Punishing employees doesn't create incentive.. having potential for more privileges actually makes people strive to be even better. The person in charge is using group punishment to try to motivate? everyone to push themselves even harder.. I've been at this location many times, on average about 3-4 times a month and every single time I've been there, extra crazy holiday or not I've witnessed everyone working as fast as possible, sweating with red faces at times. The employees are always welcoming and there to help and are constantly moving and doing something! ..but their standards are unrealistic.. the amount of work load per staff doesn't seem to be thought through with consideration.. apparently you have to be the flash and have extra limbs to get everything up to standards, I know they get timed and are constantly berated for not being fast enough, a friend who used to work there has a fit bit and on a 8hr shift she'd rack in about 15,000 steps on average.. they're doing their best, I always see them struggling with a smile, and when customers are around they always drop what they're doing to immediately help. Management actually NEVER give out compliments they always just say that they need to be better, even though they consistently hit their sales goals. They're actually threatened more than appreciated and in constant fear of loosing their job. They threatened to fire someone if they didn't come in when they asked if they could see a dying family member. I know someone who came in after being in a car accident because they were afraid of loosing their job. They seem to assume the worst of their workers, often they'll get bothered on the floor by management asking what they're doing when it should be obvious at a glance that they're helping customers but would accuse of them to be "shopping on the job". The employees need to deal with a lot including not having a plan or schedule that even tells them about the sales so they often find out at their current shift that some crazy sale is going on. Plus they call employees at 11pm or midnight suddenly asking to come in early for their next days shift.. they don't even get a 12hr notice for a shift change so it's like you can never have plans either. I recognize their hard work and drive and believe they already should've been shown appreciation for all the endless work that they are doing.. be inspiring not disheartening.
They had a ton of cute clothes. You have to be willing to dig, but you can definitely find something and they have dressing rooms just so you can check the fit!
This is my favorite place to shop. It's like shopping at every store in one. I love the prices, and the employees are always so nice and cheerful. This store is the best thing ever!
Always find something here I totally love this place its like my second home excellent prices too
Very picky whenever I have tried to bring stuff in there to sell, yet when I try to shop there I'm always finding stuff that looks like it's been over used and belongs at the goodwill. Personally I think you can find better deals shopping for new clothes on clearance than the deals they have for used items.
Very friendly & helpful staff! Definitely my favorite location, prices are fair too.
Gives you the clothes you look for in the mall for a better deal and a better and friendly staff than most stores
