Great venu for concerts as well as sabers games. The staff was helpful and security was fast getting through.

I really like this Arena good food Usher's are nice and Sabertooth is cool. Let's just be happy I didn't rate the Sabres play in this review.

Awesome arena. been here many many times before, usually for hockey games. good parking and easily accessible. The new sabres app really makes life easier in between periods during the game and concessions are usually pretty quick. tickets are pretty decent in price as well. 10/10

Club seats and 200 level is prime seating for Sabers games! The food is average stadium price. If you do sit in the 200 level, there are waiters and waitresses that will tend to your section.
Parking ramp is always worth it but tough to get out of if you don't leave early. Leaving the arena itself is the biggest hassle.
Still love coming here for events though!!response / report this review -

They really did a lot with this place since HSBC owned it then first Niagara I remember way back in the day I went to a sabers game and it was an awesome experience fast forward to now and they have renovated a lot of stuff I was able to get 2 hockey pucks and a drink for $20 more affordable than the bills and very friendly staff for hockey arena opens at 5PM gates open at 6PM and puck drops at around 7pm love the atmosphere and the crowd is a complete 180 from the bills crowd I was actually able to enjoy the game and thanks to stub hub for giving me good deals on pre season tickets for $15 I was able to sit behind the goalie really crazy stuff I will be back in a couple of weeks for the islanders game.

Beautifully clean. Went for a concert..long lines for consession stands were way too long. The ones that were open . Beautiful Arena. Beautiful scenery and good bars and places to dine.

Need more woman's restroom. Love the arena but at a concert i spend the whole intermission waiting in a line to use the restroom. I went to 3 different restroom locations to find a line not so long, needless to say that did happen. That time should be used to buy drinks and socialize.
Suggestion: 2 woman's bathrooms to every 1 men's bathroom.response / report this review -

Attended Buffalo Sabres vs Winnipeg Jets. Nice arena. Good selection of food. Everything is overpriced but that's to be expected. The fans were respectful of each other. Good atmosphere for a hockey game!

I've sat in multiple sections throughout this arena for hockey, Never had a bad seat. Plenty of concessions. Atmosphere isn't what it used to be but still a great place to attend a game. Great location right on the waterfront. Helpful ushers.

Went to Leafs vs Sabres in the upper bowl. Great view of the action. Easy to get to the arena and find parking passes online. Definitely will be back for more games in the future.

Arena. Go there to see big acts and Sabres games, then go to one of the very fabulous restaurants to eat and see what Buffalo really has to offer.
Harbor centre:
Ok, more fair. Really nice amenities for hockey players, very nice rooms, good pro shop and new rinks. Great training center open to the public, for hockey centric and x fit training.response / report this review -

Much nicer arena than I was expecting. Not as nice as some newer arenas, but the bathrooms were very easy to get to. Concessions were OK, not the friendliest. Maybe someday the Sabres will make the playoffs. Probably same time the Bills win the Superbowl. Go Pens!

The arena is very nice and easy to navigate, with plenty of concessions and bathrooms. The 300 section is pretty high up and it's steep, so avoid it if you get vertigo. It's built for hockey, so there aren't really any bad seats if you are watching the ice in the center of the arena. However, it kind of sucks if you are watching something on one side of the arena and you are seated high up on the opposite side. You are a really long ways away. I went here to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers and they had these cool moving LED lights suspended from a rig and at times during the show, they were directly between stage and the people seated at the far end of the arena so they blocked their view.
