The 2 stars are for the good selection and how quick and easy it is to drop off clothing for consignment. Unfortunately, the customer service is basically nonexistent. The employees are pretty negligent of their customers and aren’t afraid to have loud, personal conversations.. awkward. This business could really benefit from training their employees on customer service better.

Staff is always pleasant. Plenty of options for girls/ young women. Good but not as plentiful selection for boys/young men. A place to check out frequently if you can; their selection changes often.

I love Plato's closet I used to go to the ones downstate. Great prices, but bad customer service. The lady was rude right when I walked in with a box of clothes I wanted to sell. It was my first ever bringing close in. **Note I called the store a week prior to how selling works and I was told on the phone that I just bring in the clothes and they will look at them and see what they will take. Well when I got there I walked in and the first thing the lady tells me is to set the box down and have my photo ID and starting enter something in the system they have. Well I never brought in clothes there so I was confused but instead of the lady kindly explaining how the process works, she was highly rude and didn't pay no attention what so ever kept folding clothes, rarely looked at me when I was asking her questions. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer if that's how you run your store then you will never get my money again.

The workers thought I was stealing because they erased my name from the changing room and thought I just walked. They looked at me dirty the rest of the time. Workers were stupid and uselesd.

I enjoy the great deals on used cloths. Only issue I have is the employee Hannah. Very poor attitude and rude personality when we come in to try and sell a few things here and there like she hates her job. Almost feel sorry for how hard she has to try and be positive very sad and Unprofessional.
