I got my hair colored by Kate for my wedding that is coming up and I let her know. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and specifically said highlights on the top of my hair and balayage on the bottom. I wanted a caramel copper color. She seemed overwhelmed because I have really long hair. She gave me an ashy blonde at the bottom and no highlights except for my bangs which looks really funny. I called to get if fixed and then she texted me to see what I didn't like. I explained and got no response. I waited a few days and nothing. I called the salon and she had gone home for the day but they said she would text me. I got nothing. I feel like I got ripped off and like they don't care about how special your day is to you. I had to call another salon to fix it and pay another $175.

I came in last minute because of a disaster with my hair from another stylist. It was bleached, toned multiple colors and just so traumatizing. I was scheduled with Lexi, and she completely changed things around. She was calm, patient, took the time to communicate our options, give me advice, and we came up with a great solution! My hair turned out absolutely gorgeous and healthy. She took her time and was very thorough. I'm so picky with my hair and I don't have a single complaint. She was so pleasant to be around, as well, which is nice when you're together for a couple hours. I highly recommend this salon. Get Lexi if you can!

Such a fun environment! All of the stylists are super skilled in cutting and coloring and are all really friendly. There's nowhere else i would get my hair done!

I have had so many horrible experiences getting my hair done and looking for the right person who can do what I want. Camille has been absolutely fantastic. She is so talented and knows how to do everything I ask! My hair has turned out exactly as I want it each time and it feels so good to find a salon that I love again. I will stick with Platinum Studio until I move out of Utah. They are all so great!
