Very clean facility and they are the nicest people ever! The hot stone pedicure is the bomb.

My wife wanted to come for date night, I was skeptical. I'm a believer! They were awesome! Great customer service! Definitely going back!

I actually like this nail salon pretty well. I usually go in for a gel manicure, and they do a great job. They also get me in and out pretty quickly (which is what I like). Downsides: They get packed, sometimes it feels like they're rushing you out, and even if you make an appointment there's a chance you won't get in at that time. They tend to overbook themselves. But because I like the work they do, I'm willing to sacrifice a few things.

The only place I get pedicures. Their $40 pedicure (#4 on the menu) is so amazing, I've taken all my friends to get it too. Despite the fact that I can get highly discounted pedicures at a different salon, I can't break up with this place. 10/10 would recommend.

I have enjoyed this place in the past but today I found that it was dirty (not sanitary) and the ladies kept trying to convince us to get shellac "only $6 more!" and in the end convinced my mother in law (not from USA) to change her chosen nail color (only available in gel). She was not happy when I came back from drying my nails and found out and told her what had happened. She had to pay $12 more for something she had explicitly said she did not want to pay for. We felt it was shady. Good prices overall, but overall felt disappointed when leaving.

Great price for quality results. Whenever I've gone even during their busiest times they do their best to get me in as fast as they can, and then they take their time to make sure they do a good job on my nails. I've been here a few times now and will keep coming back. Shoutout to Nick who always does such a great job!

I came to this salon to fix nails from another salon and I had such a frustrating experience. When I came in I had a guy assist me, he did not listen to me at all to what I needed him to do. He cut me off and ignored everything I was saying. When he was finished he straightened one nail and left the others in different shapes, if he had listened he would have known what I was looking for into the visit. If you do your nails on the regular and know your stuff don't waste your time here.

Essence is the best nail salon I've been to in Utah, and I've been to a lot! Their pedicures are amazing and prices are unbeatable. I tell all my friends about how great they are. I get shellac nails done about twice a month and I love that the nail techs here take their time to do a good job. I have found that my shellac lasts longer when I go to Essence as well. I highly suggest this nail salon because the quality and price is unbeatable! I really hope they don't raise their prices like most salons. This place is also very busy, so calling ahead is the way to go!

Although they are a busy place and pretty scattered sometimes, it is because they are great at what they do. I moved here form California and use to get my nails done in LA so let me tell you these people are better! They are also WAY cheaper too (almost rip off pricing on their end). I am a hand model so I need the best of the best for my job. Ask for Kim when you walk in or make an appointment and she will treat you like a queen.
