I had to put off because I wanted to get my finances in order before pulling the trigger and Matt really did a great job communicating and being patient with me. They dropping the materials off and even waited until after my son’s birthday party as it was a water slide party. They roofers did a fantastic job at cleaning up their trash from the roof and lunch. While I did find quite a few nails left behind, it took one text message to get someone back out to run the magnet again. I appreciate the new roof and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Edited review. Since having my roof installed with this company I’ve called and texted multiple times about completing the job since there are many places that did not get properly attached under the channel/ flashing with no real resolution in sight. On a side note I am still finding roofing nails in my yard months later after being told it had been swept with a magnet so I went out and bought one myself to do the yard and found handfuls of roofing nails after getting a flat tire on my mower and a friends truck. All in all just bad customer service. They could’ve made this right but have actively chosen not to. More pics to be uploaded soon.

Tuzer and the entire staff of Platinum Roofing are Top-Shelf! No high-pressure sales, everything as quoted, the crew showed up right on time, and even finished my entire roof in just one day, repairs to the sub-structure included! They completely cleaned-up and were headed out approximately 12 hours later, just like they said they would. I had put the job off for far too long and was concerned about the scope of work, but it all turned out fine (by the Grace Of God)! These are really good people, so if you need a roof just go ahead and get it done, you will be very happy! House is quieter and cooler now, not to mention looks much more presentable. If I was in the market to sell my home this new roof would be a deal closer - step up and get the Owens Corning Duration System, for the little bit extra cost you will be very happy!

Matt, LG and the crew treated me great and completed my roof remove and replace in less than 10 hours ahead of the scheduled completion date. Everyone was very professional and respectful and showed they cared. Highly recommend platinum roofing.

I feel that I received a very good price for my asphalt roof to be replaced. The field rep, Paul, was professional and never failed to respond to answer my questions. The roofers did an excellent job cleaning up debris from the old roof. I would highly recommend this business.
