From beginning to end the service was amazing! I highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable about roofing and very professional. The process was very easy and they make sure to keep in touch with you every single step of the way to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of. My roof is beautiful! I’m so excited to know that is the only roof I’ll ever have to get while I own my home. They were on time and and my roof was installed quicker than I expected!

Our first contact with A1 was with Jonathan and he was honest and explained everything. Made calls to the office and Korrin was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The roofing crew was great. The new roof is beautiful. We also had Sure-guard gutter guards installed and Andre was excellent. We loved how they had pictures of all the work they did that was awesome. We HIGHLY recommend A1 Home Improvement!

Great service and great price. Very professional and friendly. Did the roof ,siding and gutters for me as well as for friends and family of mine.I had multiple companies come out for a quote and happy I went with A1.I would recommend them to anyone. Best roofing and siding company in ct. Thanks for transforming my home.

My realtor recommended me to Rich, and from my first call I knew I wanted to hire A1. I had a handful of estimates to get my roof done, and I made the best decision by choosing A1! I worked with Nich, who was just a great guy to work with, very knowledgeable and kind. My roof unfortunately started to leak water and Nich came out a couple of times and placed a tarp until the roof was replaced. The office staff was just as sweet to talk to. The job was completed in one day, and the crew preformed efficiently and they cleaned up real nicely too. I will 100% be recommending A1 and Nich to my friends and family!

A1 is an amazing family owned and local business. The two brothers/owners Rich and Zach will make sure you are 100% happy. Every single employee I've had the pleasure of speaking with or having to my home to work on my projects went above and beyond their job( Korrin, Jamie, and Jim thank you).
I had my roof redone with A1 in 2019. Around last year, two of my custom skylights I had replaced started leaking, due to a manufacturing seal issue. Rich and Zach replaced them without any hassle or charge to us. They took responsibility for a manufacturing issue to make myself and my wife happy. We are both extremely happy with their professionalism, workmanship, and integrity. Rich also was the only contractor (out of about 8)to nail down the cause of an issue we were having with our chimneys.
I cannot recommend this company enough, if you have a project in mind definitely give them a call, I'm glad we did!response / report this review
