  TERRIBLE PLACE! A pickup truck from this company rammed my car on 11/24, causing damages to front & rear passenger side and to this date of 12/15, they haven't even reported the incident to their insurance, practically not taking responsibility for the damage that they caused. BAD PEOPLE

  After speaking with Kevin, the responsible party reported their issue to the insurance and our car was finally fixed 1/31/22. Kevin called again to ensure that everything was taken care of.

  Our solarium roof was leaking. Hanson sent two surly workers who worked 20 minutes. We received a bill for $275 and then watched the roof leak again during the next rainstorm. When we called Hanson, they said that we needed a new gutter at a cost of $1,290 which is excessive. Subsequent efforts to get them to come out to fix the roof have been futile. We will not use them again.

  I had a small roof leak and called Hanson roofing. Ken came out the next day and repaired the roof with a quality job. He took the time to explain the issues and show me how he was going to fix them. He even suggested a few low cost ways I could get more life out of my flat roof and replace it down the road. I am very appreciative to have found an honest and professional roofer in the area and look forward to calling them next time I have an issue.

  Our condo association used Hanson Roofing last year. At the time, water was trickling into our top-floor unit every time it rained or snowed.
  
  After Hanson came out, we made it through two rain events before the water came back. Almost a year later, our condo association has been unable to get Hanson to come back and 1) fix the issue and 2) actually assess the problem from our unit's perspective.
  
  We are currently in the process of looking for our second roofer in two years thanks to Hanson's sub-par work.

  Hanson Roofing will NOT stand behind their lousy work.
  
  I hired Hanson to fix my flat roof where I had an issue with ponding water. They sent a crew who was gruff and messy, and whose work was careless and slipshod. Several days after the repair we got a bit of rain and the water was still ponding on the roof exactly as it had before the “repair.” I contact Hanson to complain and was told by Chuck, too bad. He said he would do nothing to fix the problem and was combative and obstinate on the phone.
  I told him that if he wouldn’t make it right that I’d be happy to hire another roofer and he could refund me the difference. He accused me of extortion. And said if I didn’t like the work I could take him to court.
  
  Hanson Roofing are HACKS and they will not stand behind their work.
