The best example of a wonderful old school superglue with a delicious classic menu. My favorite place in the world to eat and when I'm in minocqua I sometimes eat there 3 nights a week. You could throw a dart at the menu and whatever you get would be wonderful!! You will be happy you tried it!!
A traditional Wisconsin supper club. They have a grouper and crab meal that is excellent. Many other really good choices as well. Good service. Good bar. Friendly people.
Food is consistently good. Fresh scallops (when available) are excellent. Great Northwoods Supper Club atmosphere.
One of my favorite places. Everything on the menu is delicious.
Bar staff was top notch! Seating was a disaster, the hostess was rude and totally disoriented. Waitress was about the same. Food was cooked to order, prime was tender but had absolutely no flavor! Au jus was as bland. Even the tuna was as tasteless. For that kind of money, our whole party of five agreed to never return. There's plenty of area mom and pop joints that want our money and are willing to provide far better.
Great old supper club. Went on a Sunday and had the prime rib special. Food was great. Service was even better. Everything was brought to the table right on time without feeling rushed. Will definitely be going back.
Food is awesome! I'm from Chicago and in the North woods, great food is scarce. This place is pretty solid.
Owner was extremely rude. We had a reservation and sat us practically in the kitchen when the restaurant was empty. We left after drinks and then she continued to argue with us about why we were leaving when we paid for our drinks. Waitress was very kind but owner/hostess was extremely rude. Tells you something when the place is dead on a Saturday of the Fourth of July weekend.
Worst prime rib I have ever had. We had 9 of us . 5 of us got the prime rib. Everyone of us were not happy. Small portion and the meat tasted old. Will not go back there. Definitely not worth the 240 we spent
Cozy atmosphere. Execellent menu and top shelf cooks. Visit this restaurant every time I am in Boulder Junction.
The food was good, expectedly expensive. The service was good. Prime rib was good, fairly plain. Tables were too close together and sound carried. Meal was ruined by annoying other patrons who complained about their food and others harassing the waitress. There was cheese and crackers in a corner by the bar. We missed this until we were on the way out. It would have been better if a host would have encouraged us to enjoy the crackers and the bar before being seated.
If you are looking for a nice dinner then great go here! But if you wanna know there staff is rushed and very rude. Only there meat really tastes edible. If you wanna have a nice date or have an event go to another place and save your time. I don't recommend this place.
