Beautiful flowers, they looked better than pictured. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without trying to rush me off the phone. My mother was very impressed and visitors couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were. Wonderful designers and friendly personal delivery. I will definitely be ordering through Plant Place from now on.

DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR!! Was suppose to receive flowers on a particularly day and it did not arrive. They did not call to explain the delay!! The next day it was delivered to my BACK DOOR not even on the porch. They did not call me or anything for me to know it was here!! Look how I found my DAMN FLOWERS!! IS THIS HOW YALL CONDUCT BUSINESS?

I ordered mother day flowers 3 weeks ago. Deliver date was 5/7/2020, they finally arrived 5/10 bot most of the flowers wilted & the petals on the roses & lilies were brown. Who delivers flowers like that. My guess is they sat on the truck for 3 days.

Ordered a couple flower arrangements for Valentines day.. One order, two arrangements both going to the same place.. The office the flowers went too closes at 5.. They tell me they'll have them their by 5 No problem.. One arrives, the other doesn't.. I call, talk to some kid on the phone who tells me that they might have went out on separate trucks.. I ask if they can just reach out to the drive and see if he maybe just didn't realize there were two arrangements to the same place.. They can't.. He tells me he'll call me back in 5, 10 minutes at most.. Half hour later he never called back.. I call back, he tells me the same thing.. I tell him these have to get there by 5, its already around 4:30.. He tells if they aren't there by 5, we can send em a different address, I give him the address.. 5pm rolls around and these guys never showed up.. Call again, talk to the same kid on the phone.. He tells me they don't usually deliver to the area she lives.. So he'll call me back after he speaks to the driver on whether or not he'll deliver there.. 7pm rolls around, no call back.. I call again, talk to some answering service, their closed for the day..

Disgraceful service..

This place delivered flowers from my son out of town on Wednesday suppose to have been on mothers day Sunday most flowers are dead very little water driver said they were gonna charge her if she didn't get them delivered I can't believe they are still in business 0 stars

My daughter ordered Mothers Day flowers from The Plant Place. Since she ordered them two weeks in advance, you would think that they would have arrived in a timely fashon. The delivery came at 4:30 pm on Mothers Day. The flowers were wilted with brown edges. The arrangement was skimpy and lacked water. You know something is amiss when you are asked to sign for it, which I did not since I would not take delivery of such an inferior product.

We were so pleased with Plant Place & Flower Basket! David Clark did an OUTSTANDING job, with the flower arrangements, for the funeral of my Mom!!! They were BEAUTIFUL!!! Not only was he knowledgeable, with giving great suggestions, he worked quickly, (I needed them THAT evening), and was very sympathetic during the process! Thanks for having such a compassionate, knowledgeable florist in your shop!

I will DEFINITELY be back again, and will recommend your florist shop to all that I know!

The Plant Place's staff is always helpful and friendly when I order flowers for my Mom.Their flowers last a long time and I always receive what I order. This business is now my go-to florist. I highly recommend this business.

The arrangements are always lovely, but the woman that I frequently deal with is curt, if not downright rude. I much prefer dealing with the gentleman, and always keep my fingers crossed when I hear footsteps on the stairs that HE will be coming down instead of her.

I have used this shop several times for my mother-in-law (in the Town of Tonawanda) and she has loved everything they have created..So much so, that she has stopped in the shop to tell them. If you aren't happy tell them right away .. any reputable shop will work something out with you. I wish some people would learn how to talk to the businesses before they start spewing harsh words that can't be taken back.

I currently live in Maine and ordered a flower display and stuffed bear to be delivered to my mother in North Tonawanda, NY for Mother's Day. While she enjoyed receiving the flowers, she did not receive the bear I ordered. I sent a email to Plant Place explaining that the bear was not included. I also acknowledged that they were most likely very busy on Mother's Day and I was sure it was just an oversight. I received a reply from Joanna that she would check my order. A couple days later, I sent a follow up email checking on my order as I had not yet heard anything. The email reply I received said: BEAR IS GOING OUT TODAY. I spoke to my mother today. Apparently a woman from Plant Place parked in the driveway, then walked the bear across the street and gave it to my mother's neighbor, even though her neighbor said that my mother was clearly sitting on the porch and told the employee this. I never write reviews and rarely complain. But my mother did not deserve this type of treatment. The actions of this employee at Plant Place show that she is not only lacking in basic customer service, but also needs remedial training in how to be a kind human being. As a law enforcement professional, I see people treat each other poorly all the time. There is no need for it. Rant over. Get it together Plant Place.
