I was extremely unhappy with my cut. The stylist said she understood how I wanted it, but before I could stop her she cut it too short, I will take some of the blame because I felt as I was explaining to her she knew what she was doing but unfortunately for me she didn't. Even a day after I am finding longer strands. I work in the customer service industry and I honestly wish I could be writing a good review but I can't. It's like she didn't listen to how I wanted it done
