Let me first start out by saying that I was very impressed with Pioneer roofing, read on for details. I had a leak that was difficult to determine where coming from. Pioneer when first evaluated by doing a water test thought that the location was identified. After doing a thorough repair, unfortunately the leak was not repaired. With that being said I spoke with the company and without any hesitation they sent a team to investigate the issue. I discussed with them whether they thought the work may have been larger than originally contemplated and offered to pay additional money for the additional time involved. To my surprise the company without any hesitation refused my offer and responded that they are committed to identify the leak and repair it so that my roof would be water tight. They explained to me that leaks could be tricky however they would stand behind their commitment. After a thorough investigatory process the leak was repaired. I was very impressed with their INTEGRITY and WORMANSHIP. I would like to thank Andrew Wharton, President, Greg their Supervisor of Operations and the 2 individuals that identified the problem and made the repair, Glennville and Abraham. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofer and would 100% use them in the future. Let me end by saying , You measure the expertise of a Sailor not when the winds are calm, and at your back, the true test of a sailor is to navigate in rough seas and winds that are coming at you in every direction. They are not professional, they tell you one in the beginning then when the work is done, they change the price. They also don’t care they break anything . They don’t want to fix it. They did not know which type
Of nails they need and changed me extra. That should not be the case If they are professional l. Very poor.

I appreciate the professionalism of David as he researched paper records of my skylight installation from years ago. He located them so that I could complete my 4 point inspection in a timely manner. It would have been easy to dismiss my request with all of the other important jobs. Much appreciated the follow through for a former customer!

I have been in the construction industry 35 years and know something about building buildings.
I own an old house that was built in the mid 50's. My roof consisted of two flat roofs with different type roofing membranes and 1 tile section over the main house. Over the years none of the roofs were well maintained. Of all the roofers that came over to inspect, only Pioneer roofing and their expertise were able to correctly diagnose the required work. Drawing on my years of construction management and listening to Andrew Wharton describe the needed work I knew immediately I was hearing the right solution. I received Pioneer's quote the next day and hired them that week.
Pioneer showed up shortly after the building permit was pulled and did a fantastic job. When Mike showed up and we talked about roofing it only got better. Mike's ability to run his crew, all of which knew their jobs well, and his years of laying down roofing I knew then I would never have to worry about my roof again. I recommend Pioneer roofing for all your roofing needs in South Florida.

I've always heard great things about this company from Jimmy Cefalo 610 am radio about Lani and his family, so I decided to get an estimate after the hurricane to have some broken roof tiles replaced. The girl had me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and told her that I heard about this company from 610 am radio. The girl said they charge $350 to come out for an estimate! I was shocked because other company's have not charged anything for a written estimate. Very disappointed how they treat people in our area st this time of need. I will never use them!

They charge $350 to come out and give you an Estimate for Repairs or Roof Replacement after Hurricane IrmaReally? Since when we have to pay for getting an estimate? That's Unheard of and Outrages to take advantage of people affected from this bad storm

I decided to have my 2 houses in Pompano inspected for any needed repairs. From the time I emailed them, to the time work was completed was almost too fast for me, and a lot faster than I expected. Within 10 days, both roofs were inspected, estimated and contracts issued, repaired and painted. I never once had to chase them down or wait on answers. All employees are the utmost in professional, and I have seen roofers who are not. I found exactly 1 screw on the ground after they replaced all the screws on a metal roof which absolutely shows how courteous they are around your property. My last roofer left dozens od screws all over my grave drive, and also I had to pick up leftover materials and take them to the dump. Not one scrap of anything to even know Pioneer were there. They are an awesome company and I would tell anyone to use them.
