I highly recommend Mike Parsons and his team for roof and hurricane clip installation. Jason was our foreman and his crew did an outstanding job in showing up early and working through the weekend to get our job finished. They were very prompt in cleaning up and providing updates along the way as needed. The roof looks great and I would recommend using this company for any future roofing needs.
Southeast did a great job for us, we had damage from Sally and had to work through our insurance, Bo helped us through the whole process and got our claim settled after many months. Our new roof looks great and they did a really good clean up after the work was done. Would definitely recommend this company.
Post Hurricane Sally roof replacement. Southeast Roofing and Construction did an awesome job on replacing our roof. After the storm, they came out right away for an estimate and was very patient throughout the insurance claims process. I recommend Southeast Roofing and Construction for anyone’s roofing needs.
I hope the roof quality is better than the customer service at this business. Craig seemed all positive that my roof, the gutter and the chimney could be done following Hurricane Sally damage. I ordered the shingles back in November. Waited and waited, always me calling them to ask if they were in yet. Finally, someone offered me the chance to change the color, as the originals were not in production. A week or so after the new order, someone finally calls to tell me that my shingles are back ordered and recommend choosing a new color. Which I explained, I had already done. Apparently, there is very little communication within the company.
So the shingles are finally in and they set a date, I take a vacation so I can be there. I was ready early. Waited. Waited. Finally at 10 am I called them, and lo and behold they got behind on other jobs and would not be coming until tomorrow. But I can’t take another day off so suddenly. I don’t know when or if they planned to call me about the delay. I think I only found out accidentally. They finally said they would come late in the day to remove the shingles, and then install the new roof the next day. Which they did. Whether Craig or anyone else came to check on the workers, I have no idea.
But after it was done, I see that my broken gutter is still hanging and the new roofing parts have been cut to fit around it! When I wanted it removed. And nothing was said to me about the chimney at all.
And now, after Craig and one of the owners assured me they had workers who could do chimney repair, now they want to refer me to another company for that. Which is just as well. I don’t want to use them again anyway. And I’m still going round and round about the damn gutter. They don’t answer calls until you get mean and snarky with them and write a bad review.
It’s unfortunate to do business this way.
Again, I hope the quality of the roof is better than the communication from this company.
Another roofing company that I did work for it's a good company and a reliable company I'm just hoping that they will pay my work bill but as far as being a company they are reliable they do a good job but they're different to work for but as far as being a company they're very professional
If I could give them less than one star I would. Horrible workmanship, it's like they had never done a roof before, the more I look at it the more I find wrong. I went through Lowe's to get my roof done and they were the contractor. Called Lowe's and sent them pictures which they forwarded to southeast over two weeks ago still no response from them.
They never called the city for a final inspection and I know why.
I have to agree with Chris, this guy is a con man and if you think he will be on the job as he said to supervise think again, he did nothing I asked in using products I wanted and must have, never showed up on the job, you will chase him down for months if you have challenges by his work, left the trailer full of junk on the property for another week after the crew left, the crew cannot speak english to communicate, Mike Parsons is NEVER around as committed, and this job was a 100% nightmare. Hire at your own risk. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! He offers NO educational options as a consultant, took his money before the CITY INSPECTION was done but he said the INSPECTION was finalized. This was a 100% FALSE STATEMENT to run with his money. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Too high and arrogant
