As far as fast food goes I personally think the Rally's I'm Columbus is very good. There service times can be a bit slow but only usually when they are really busy. I would always recommend Rally's for a quick burger stop.

The service through the drive-through is always so slow at this location. You could be waiting 20 minutes just to pick up your food. Wish they had some indoor seating like other locations also. Also they never clean the tables outside. They just let that environmental elements take care of it.

This place has good food, but lacks workers and is vet slow I had to wait 10 minutes just to order my food in the drive thru, and they forgot my condiments and drink.

Food is always fresh and delicious and the menu has lots of options. The service however is another story, even with a double drive thru service is always slow. The person taking your order is always in a hurry and cuts you off mid order. Once you get to the window it feels like they forgot you were there half the time. I guess that is the trade off for fresh food.

Always has fast service. If you ever have to wait your fries are screaming hot from just exiting the frier. Some outdoor sitting; which, is nice for summer evenings. Tables only fit around five; but, there are a few of them.

Rude. Came up to the drive thru with a uhaul that wouldn't fit and they completely ignored me when I tried to order. Drive up to the window, they won't even look at me. Beep the horn, they look at me and then look away. Absolutely ridiculous.
