I ordered the stomach sleeper pillow last summer for my toddler, and he loves it! We moved recently and something must have happened to the pillowcase because there's a large tear in it. The pillow is a pretty specific size and they didn't have replacement pillow cases listed on their website so I reached out to their customer support and they sent me 2 new pillow cases the next day for free!! Definitely worth the initial investment with a company that stands by their product and has such great customer service.

While there was some definite confusion regarding the sizing of the pillows (deduct 1-1.5 inches per advertised width and length to get the actual width and length of a stuffed pillow - versus just pillowcase), I was able to return the first pillow fairly easily. Be warned - when measured in its case, the Japanese size comes to 12x18 (the website's measurements for the compact size). The standard size replacement arrived today after not much time, and they included an extra pillow case for the confusion, which was very kind. I love my new pillow. It is the best pillow I've ever found, and I'm beyond excited to use it tonight!

I needed to replace a very old buckwheat hull pillow. In researching what was available I stumbled across this one from PineTales. I am so glad that I did. It is far superior to the one I was replacing. The pillow fabric is a substantial cotton, the hulls can be removed to be able to wash the case, and it’s made in America. A bonus is that it is made by a small family owned company. I’ve slept on the pillow for several nights and I must say that this really is the best pillow I’ve owned. I highly recommend this pillow.

This review comes late, but I don't want to miss giving a very positive feedback about the buckwheat pillow I bought for my daughter early this year. It is very well made. It was easy to remove some of the buckwheat as the pillow was quite packed with the seeds. My daughter 'stuffed' one of her stuffed animals with the rest. She loves the pillow. It is not noisy, adjusts to her head and neck. The buckwheat is very clean and has a light good smell. Awesome product, could not be any better. Highest quality! Thank you!

I had a great nights sleep and woke up without my usual neck pain. I removed a little bit of the filling and it's perfect for my neck. Exceptional quality and construction, thick cotton twill cover. It arrived in a zippered pouch for travel and instructions on proper alignment of the neck. I also ordered a linen pillowcase which is lovely. I have the Japanese size pillow which is perfect for every day use or travel. I'm so impressed with the quality. After ordering a neck roll from another company with poor customer service, flimsy fabric and not enough Millet hull fill, I'm so happy I went with Pine Tales for this pillow. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Very pleased!
