I contracted Artistic Floors to do a major home renovation project, drywall removal and repair, plumbing, engineered wood flooring, removal and preparation for new kitchen cabinets, new window and door, plus a few other minor stuff. Plumbing and dry wall is not their forte. The plumbing had to be redone a few times, the drywall does not look good. The wood floor looks very good, however it requires some minor repair (which can be expected for a project this size), but their response time is very slow (still waiting to be scheduled). Scott has good intentions, but now sure he can manage a project effectively. Will see how the floor repair plays out.

did a major remodel at my home. tile, wood flooring, walk-in bath. his employees were very easy to work with and was very pleased with job. Had an issue of leak in bathroom but was fixed as soon as detected. Owner visited the site every few days to check on progress.

Customer service very poor. I have been waiting 3 months to get my floors repaired. Its been one excuse after the other. His store front has been closed for months. I would not recommend this company at all.I am filing a complaint with r o c.
