I appreciate the assistance from the entire staff. From start to finish, Jed, Peg, Carmella and the rest of the staff kept me updated on what was going on and answered any questions I had. If I had an issue with the confusion with the doctor offices, they helped me work it out. Someone was always available to answer any questions when I called the office. The communication, personal attention to my health and well being was greatly appreciated. Professional and personal is a great combination. Thank you all for your assistance!

I was rear ended and my car was totaled out. I called Jed after seeing the ads on TV and seeing the great ratings on here. Initially everything was great and responsive. Then it all just stopped. After over a month passed I got a letter in the mail saying they would represent me. Unfortunately too much time lapsed and I was forced to settle with insurance. I got extremely screwed over. Very very very disheartening to be let down like this.

Dietrich Law Firm is one of a kind. Attorney Brian Wood was very honest, fair and kept in close contact. He embodied the law firm's motto of aggressive, tenacious, and hardworking. He represented his firm well and genuinely care about the work he does and it shows. If you want attorney who care about you. Give them a call.

I reached out to this business in several formats and this law firm did not respect me enough to respond in any type of way. To me this is unacceptable and VERY unprofessional! I was recommended this firm by someone and I will be sure to let them know how their recommendation landed. or crashed, I should say. I don't know how you can claim to be a professional and not respond to emails or phone calls. I even did a follow up email, and they did not respond to this either. Customer service and the way you treat clients, does matter and in WNY especially there is a lot to your name. Half these reviews are from family friends and neighbors but my review is from an honest unbiased person that was shown ZERO respect. I'm a professional too and I can tell you that I would never flat out not respond in any way to someone in my work.

I met Jed about 6 years ago and have worked closely with him and his family organizing multi-faceted community activities, coaching youth athletic teams and participating in social and charitable events. I have built a great friendship with the Dietrichs; I have enjoyed collaborating with Jed because he is a magnificent communicator, is focused, responds promptly and appropriately, brings great ideas forward and follows everything through with the highest professionalism possible. He has the utmost respect for, and is supportive of, all (youth and adults). Jed has the amazing ability to be tough and at the same time to be patient, allowing great things to be accomplished while everyone involved feels fulfilled. He has a remarkable ability to continuously ensure that everyone in his midst is acknowledged and included and he brings out the best in everyone. Jed holds himself to high standards, and demands a lot from himself including keeping physically fit to managing his clients to being a positive role model for his children and other children and adults. Jed is gracious and also one of the most generous people I know. Jed is who you want in your corner.

I have know Jed both personally and professionally for the last 8 years. He is a great family man and his honesty, integrity, and loyalty as a father and husband carry through to his profession as a attorney. Jed's personality allows him to relate to people at all levels. I would not hesitate to call him for counsel. He has always promptly returned my calls for any legal questions.
