Terrible experience from the moment we walked in! We complained about the food and NOTHING was done about It! They all just looked at us like it was our fault! Tiny portionsway overpriced for what u get. Would not recommended ever.

My wife and I had breakfast here during our vacation. Prices were typical tourism inflated but not too crazy. We only went for breakfast but wasn't busy, was clean and very quick.

Staff was on point and friendly except for our actual waiter. Less attitude and more manners. The prices reasonable, the food all around good as described by the four others in our group. My meal was outstanding. Would have been 4 stars if we had a different waiter.
In our group there was over 70 years experience in food service/hospitality and attitude and indifference can ruin a fantastic meal. We will return for the food and ask for one of the other servers and I bet it will be a solid 4 stars next time.

Really good breakfast. Now serving alcohol. Really nice new bar. Had the pier house special for breakfast and it was reasonably priced.

Waitress was very nice. Appetizers were 7/10 and the dinners. inedible. The steak was beyond dry and simply horrendous. The flounder was not much better at all. The building is very, very, hot and humid. Do not come here unless your dinner is being paid for.

The food was horrible! I ordered the crabcakes which were very heavily breaded with little to know crab, our potato was luke warm. It's really not worth the money! They Need Gordan Ramsey resturant makeover!!!!

There are good points and some not so good points. The service was very good. Although on our visit the restaurant didn't not serve alcoholic beverages, we were allowed to bring our own and the staff was very accommodating providing us with ice, glasses, a bottle opener and a cork screw. The appetizers were decent however our main courses were bland. The major down point is it was very pricey for what we ordered. Better values can be found for sure.

Went to Pier House for an early bird dinner. Our waiter was John. He definitely could have been more friendly and barely had any eye contact with us at all when speaking to us. We got the clams oreganata for an appetizer and there was barely any clams in it at all. It was a bunch of mushy breadcrumbs. We ordered the fish and chips for our entrees and they were two small pieces. They were also very hard to cut through. They gave us what looked like frozen French fries you buy at the grocery store and they were all dried out. Although this was our first time here, we don't think we will return. Not worth the time or money.

You have many one-star reviews. I highly suggest you get a new chef and new employees. If you really care about your restaurant, you'll listen to all of your unhappy customers and try to fix these problems before you lose your business all together.

It was OK. Service quick, friendly, attentive. Fun to get the early bird special! It is what you would expect from a family restaurant. Three people eat full dinners for less then $40, good deal.

Ate on a Thursday evening, at prime dinner hour and no wait, likely due to not serving alcohol here. Though they said you could bring your own alcohol. It was expensive compared to a fast casual place, but not much more $ than average for seafood, with big portions. Even with 5 adults and two kids, prompt service and everyone was happy with the food. Can't say it was the best food I've ever had, but we were happy to have stumbled onto this place. Many thanks.
