On 14 August 2017 I had surgery to repair my right shoulder. Torn rotator cuff and separated bicep tendon. I began physical therapy at week 3 and was released by my surgeon at week 9, and by PSTS at 9 1/2 weeks.
My shoulder flexibility has returned almost completely and my strength has improved markedly. I will continue the recommended exercises at home in order to continue to improve.
Staff were very courteous and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. I was able to proceed at a pace that was comfortable., yet one that encouraged me to keep working on stretching and gaining strength.
During my time in therapy I watched many other patients receive the same kind of care, interest, and compassion.
I recommend this facility and staff to anyone who needs physical therapy. The facility is filled with equipment to assist in treating any kind of injury and to assist in treating any kind of recovery from surgery.
My thanks to all who have helped me recover so I can resume my normal work and activities.

After I had knee surgery I went to the PSTS Springville office for my therapy. The staff was always welcoming and really went out of their way to make sure I achieved my therapy goals. I highly recommend going to this office for your therapy needs. They are extremely easy to work with and do their best to accommodate your scheduling. Chris & Kelsey are amazing to work with and when my therapy was completed I was sad to realize I wouldn't be seeing them anymore.
In the past 20 years I have been rehabilitated many times by Greg and Brian.Everything from knee replacement to broken ribs and the list goes on and when talking to co workers family and friends of my Experiences here at physical sports therapy they have been so impressed to learn of the care and compassion of theses two professionals not to mention how soon they have put me back on my feet and back to work. i know there is none in this valley to compare thank you-you have truly saved my life
The staff is wonderful and very profressional. I have used their services for three different conditions and have always been happy with the help I received.
Terrific physical therapy done here. I have been here several times over the years for back, neck, knee and shoulder therapy and have never been disappointed. Brian and Greg are very knowledgeable and know exactly what you need. They and their staff are among the best I have ever been to. Extremely friendly people work here that know their stuff. If I need PT again, this is where I will go to get the best results.
I have had several times when I needed Physical Therapy and for each occasion I was given treatments that were needed for each issue. They have Doctors who are knowledgeable on every aspect of the job. They have equipment for every need of the patient /client. They care about their patients/clients.
Physical & Sports Therapy Services does a great job. Friendly and professional.
Greg was the main guy I was working with, Brian would help out when Greg wasn't there. Both guys and staff were awesome to work with. I had a lower back injury. Two months of therapy and I feel brand new again! I trust these guys and staff with my life. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks again guys!!
This was my first visit to the office (Springville clinic) and there was no explanation of what we were doing and why and how things worked. I was treated like I should know what was going on. I felt like they didn't listen to my concerns.
The PT kept disappearing to his office and didn't spend much time with me (I was one of two people there). This was not the experience other people describe where the PT is there and helping you and explaining. I received less explanation from the PT than I've gotten from any doctor (and they're usually renowned for being unhelpful to patients). The PT and assistants never gave me opportunity to ask questions (and I've never had trouble asking questions even without opportunity)--they'd set me up and walk away and were gone. They'd come back when the timer went off. I was astounded and speechless.
I left the office uncertain even of my diagnosis. In my entire life I've never had a worse experience with any provider and never felt more confused. Very unmotivating visit, particularly since I have no idea why I've been told to do certain exercises.
