This is a pretty good place with some good computer and software to help with your family history needs. The volunteers are very kind, but generally on the elderly side, so they might not be the most technologically savvy. That being said, they are pretty good at what they do, and can navigate their software just fine for the most part. I brought some digital international records, however, and they were at a loss of how to help me. Overall, great experience and they probably can help most people from European descent who go there looking from help with genealogy
