What a gem. I must have walked passed here a hundred times and never noticed. It's a huge book store with lots of art, fashion, architecture, design, and everything in between. Would like to have more time next time!!

Excellent bookstore, wide range of books (not just educational).for its size it really did have a varied and stimulating selection of books of all genres.yes of course they're are lots of course work type books there (of course), but for the non students amongst us it was a pleasant and varied surprise. I like book shops. I liked this one. A lot.

After what I thought was going to be a terrible experience Store Mgr. Kim went over and above my customer service expectations and helped me out the best way that she could. I truly appreciate all that she did for me. I ordered a sweatshirt online that was on clearance and in stock per the online store. The order went thru and 2days after I got an email stating the item was cancelled bc it wasn't available, I was extremely upset and although I didn't get the item I intended to, I was satisfied with all she did for me to get a comparable item for the same price! Thank you once again Kim for taking the time and helping me in the best way that you could, I truly appreciate it! I would've give 5 stars had i been able to get the product i initially ordered but 4 out of 5 isn't bad :)

How about letting customers know you cancel their book orders! Especially when their receipt says back-order, how about filling that order when the books come instead of cancelling the order. Basically terrible customer service
