Honestly a somewhat dirty and loud place, filled with typically equally loud clientele. But there's good reason for that. Haven't had better pho anywhere else. Broth is amazing strong in the beef pho, and the other dishes are executed quite nicely as well. Prices are moderate, I'd venture to say around the $12 range.

My wife and I come here a lot! It’s the best phó we’ve ever tasted. We always order the #1 and the #91.

This is great place for Pho soup. The BBQ pork spring rolls are so good! I don't have any pics to upload cause I was too hungry. The service is probably the best thing about this place. I surely recommend.

Their Pho is terrific, the best I've tried in the area. My other half prefers the Banh Mi, he's always been happy with it and especially likes the bread they use. There can be a wait around dinnertime.

The atmosphere is very nice. The private dinning areas are also very nice. The service has always been very good. That being said, I feel that the food is highly over rated, and over priced. The name of the restaurant is "The New York Grill", but it's by far not the quality of the steak houses in New York.

“Enjoyed the meal - solid Chinese food”
Traveling on business and stopped at the Panda Inn. Had the hot and sour soup and Panda's take on Kung Po. It was beef, chicken, and shrimp in a spicy soy sauce with peanuts. The dish was large, had good spice, and good flavor. Would order that one again. The soup was good as well. First time I can say

    “Great Food! Great Service!”
This is an old time car cruising café with great service, super food, and reasonable prices. No matter how rushed, the wait staff is always friendly, your coffee cup is always full, and they have a wry sense of humor. For instance, one of the ingredients omelets is "tree bark." Be sure to ask what it is. Also, know that

    4 stars!!!

Great Pho Soup :) Only reason for not receiving 5 stars is because they are so packed (but fast service to seat you) that they forgot to stop and ask if you need anything else while you're eating. We had to just stop one of the waiters passing by us, but when you stop them they come back with whatever you ask for fast! So it wasn't THAT bad at all.

The Pho Soup was amazing, no nasty "beef" taste broth or meat. It was literally ALL flavor and good flavor too! I would definitely go back, in fact it is my new 'Pho Spot'

We got 2 soda's and 2 LARGE Pho Soups and our total was $24.08 - not bad at all, next time we'll skip on the soda and just get water as we didn't really touch our soda because we were just so into the actually soup/broth
