Best pho in Utah. Been coming here for years and the recipe remains the same which is perfect. Owners are awesome and know my order when I come in which is a large #4. The fresh veggies that they bring out is great and the sauces complement the soup perfectly. Love this place

My rice bowl was alright. I didn't enjoy the smooth texture of the meat. The texture was different than what I expected.

The egg roll didn't taste like one that was at the restaurant. Nothing exciting about the egg rolls.

I felt like the amount of food was very small for the price. It's never good when you spend $11 for lunch and your still hungry.

The service was good.

I absolutely love Pho Cali, they are always very quick, nice and their restaurant is very clean. Also their broth is by far the best I have tried.

My sweetie and I are regulars here. I always get the Tofu Pho and it never disappoints. He gets brisket, which is always so tender. The broth is delicious and full of flavor. The appetizers and Thai tea are also fantastic. If you are trying to decide whether or not to stop by, don't second guess, just go!

World class Pho! Pho Cali pho is the pho by which I judge all other phos. The broth is light, fragrant, and savory. Portions are generous, and the side veggies to put in the soup are plentiful and fresh. Staff is friendly. I eat lunch here once a week! A pho at any other place is just faux pho! ;-)

I have a friend named Cali, we came here hungover after finding it on Google because we thought the name was funny. I have since been coming here 2x a week and trying to recreate the experience at restaurants that are a more reasonable distance from where I live with no success. Staff are nice, humble people. 80% sure they cut their broth with addictive chemicals, I can't stop coming here.
