I am a small customer that needed a spare key for a Polaris ranger. They had a blank that was close and they made it work. I had contact with three staff members and they were all professional and polite.

I have a knob in the center of my front door installed maybe 50 to 70 years ago. It's very retro, British, and incredibly impractical. One day it separated and I was looking at a whole new custom door and frame. No locksmith would touch it. Phil & Son with their generations of knowledge reassembled, cleaned, and made it as good as new. I appreciate what they did for me as I was in a tough spot.

I stopped by this local small business to consider keyless house locks for my home. The salesman on the floor (Marc) was very helpful in helping me decide. We scheduled an appointment and I was also thrilled with the security technician Brian. He was very polite and worked quickly. He never complained once about the extreme temperatures or pouring rain at the end. He also checked everything was working and made sure I understood how to program my new locks! To say I am pleased would be an understatement! Please remember this small hometown business when you are considering lock service because their service cannot be beat in my opinion.
