Family friendly and handicap accessible. Great people working and seats with retractable arm rests for those who cuddle. Nice seating and well cared for flooring, no sticky gum shoes here

Prices are great. Food good. One things there perfumes smells and that gets to me from time to time. If you can go in the day that even better prices. Have great movies.

Popcorn was stale and when my friend and I brought it up to a worker she informed us it was freshly made before each showing even though we sat in the lobby for a half hour and the same popcorn was in the machine. She lied and did not offer to fix a new batch or refund or anything. Simply walked away from us.

The lobby is rundown with no seating or much of anything BUT after many years of not going there (10 years) I was impressed with how clean and comfortable the actual movie rooms were. I'm a big guy and the seats were comfortable, my knees didn't touch the seat in front of me & I DIDN'T stick to the floor. Picture was clear and crisp, sound system was very good. The concession stand sucks and is VERY overpriced and limited. Obviously the management needs to address a few things that have been neglected but I will probably go see a couple more movies here this year because it's good where it really matters.

One of the best things about Marvel movies are the after the credit scenes. This is the second time they have cut off the movie before they were done. It ruins the experience. I can't talk about them with my friends. They took something I was excited to see and just ruined one of the major experiences. It seems small, but its either pay for 2 tickets again to watch it with my wife, or wait for release. I went from a good time, to angry almost instantly. Do I avoid 9pm shows just because the employees want to go home?

I have to agree with others that there are cleanliness issues. I have also had problems with the popcorn making me feel queasy. The prices are good for the shows and the concessions. Some of these people need to attend more theaters. Most have much higher prices for both movies and concessions.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Plenty of parking. Good pricing. Relatively inexpensive compared to larger cities and theaters. Usually a good mix of movie choices.

Bathrooms are likely to be unclean, unfortunately. The seating is decent, as well as each individual film room. The lobby could be updated but still nice. Concessions are overpriced. During the day, the staff seem to be very lively and friendly. At night, the staff seem to be unnecessarily rude and unfriendly.
Though all the movie theaters are all connected, Cheboygan's theater is, overall, much nicer.response / report this review
