Awesome place to tour..ha..but prices are a bit outrageous especially the animals and if u purchase an animal they require u use the vet they use.. well I must say that I have my own very much great vet therefore I would still use mine.. once I purchased an animal it's mine to decide where to take him or her.!!!

This poor dogs food looks moldy and disgusting. I feel bad for these animals. If they'd lower the prices way down people would probably buy more of them! I know I would.

A little slow getting help! And the girl came off as a know it all even though she was absolutely wrong about a thing or two. Like you won't need to aclamate your koi. After I explained I was going from cool water that had been in the air conditioning all day to a pond that's out in the heat of the sun she stated that I may have a point lol. But she was friendly. And worked with me on pricing overall I'm happy!

This pet land is spacious, and clean. They have birds, snakes, lizards, tarantulas, turtles, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, ferrits, and fish. The dog enclosures are clean and sealed off. You can even view the puppies in enclosures to see if you want to adopt them. The birds, ferrits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbit enclosures are all the same style. They are open top so you can get the animals out to view them. The fish and reptile display are both similar and are both enclosed tanks. There is a above ground koi pond that the kids can view from above. The cats enclosures are just like the dog enclosures as well. Over all this pet land is great

BEST STORE EVER OH MY GOSH!!!!! I loved it SO much! Got to play with almost every animal, just ask!! Definitely a wonderful experience. Went with my friends and they all had a GREAT time. Can't wait to go back!!

We only go here for our aquarium needs. Good selection of fish. Toby is very knowledgeable and very polite.

Good selection, corporate store so better prices than most. But puppy mill expensive dogs, not rescue animal for sale.

This company only cares about profits and not for the animals. Any pet you get from here is going to be sick and dying. Take the time to do any amount of research and find out how they treat their animals!! They have shown time and time again that they are going to exploit the Ohio government to keep their mills running. BEWARE!!

This is essentially the Petland headquarters store as the corporate headquarters is a few blocks away. For southern Ohio this is as close to a free petting zoo as you will get. The animals are clean and seem happy. Almost all the animals can be handled or played with, although in Sept. 2016 they had a Blue Macaw that cost $24000 and understandably was not available for play time. Only 4 stars because their prices are through the roof although they do offer price matching with other stores,response / report this review
